I returned this item. It doesn’t stand up the sound quality is very poor for the price. I won’t buy Bose products again.

This is a nice bluetooth speaker by Bose (i purchased in store). Palm sized with an innovative silicone band/clip that can attach to practically anything..tried it on my pants belt while dancing, and feeling the beat on my body actually made it more fun! And speaking of beat, there is only 1 speaker (on the right) although it does have a 'passive radiator' which is on the left where the lower frequencies come out of. This is somewhat important because if you want to hear those lower frequencies then you have to place the SoundLink Micro with the left side facing you (if it's placed flat on a table/desk) or if you stand it upright (against a wall, etc.) then you will want to have that passive radiator placed in such a way that accentuates the lower frequencies for that bass. And that's generally how Bose speakers are designed with placement being how you get the most out of their speakers. I would rate this 5 stars if this speaker had an input connection, but they probably had to leave it out to get that IPX7 waterproof rating. Guess i have to get the Soundlink Color next..which does have an input connection, haha.

Sound is clear and crisp! Plus speaker is loud! Love it

I was given the opportunity to test this product free in exchange for my own personal opinions and will return it once I am done reviewing it. I wanted to test it because I am a big fan of Bose products and I am currently seeking out a wireless bluetooth speaker for my home. I used this product mainly in my front room and kitchen to play music for my family. I like the small portable design making it easy to carry around. It is very simple to use, just download the app and connect via bluetooth. I like how well the sound carries in a large room making the speaker seem bigger than it is. I did try it in a vehicle and I noticed in smaller spaces the sound doesn't sound as big as I would like. It almost muffles out to a point which is why I rated it a 4. I would recommend this to friends or family who would like it for in the house listening.

Not a good product , poor functional product. I had a better one but lost it some where This replacement is not working out for me.

This is a great speaker for on the go. It has good battery life and sound quality. Its rugged design makes it so I don't have to worry about dropping it.

This little speaker surpassed my expectations. I bought it to use on my electric scooter and ended up using it in my dining room when we have dinner. It sounds like a much larger speaker and has very nice sound.

Overall a really decent little product. I have only had this a week or so, the sound is good, yet I expected a little more robust or deep sound, good none the less. when i first tried to connect/bluetooth to different devices, lost connection after several early tries, it has been fine every since.

Amazing sound and bass from a small portable speaker

Great product! I took it on vacation to the Caribbean and couldn’t believe the sound quality from such a small device! But it’s a Bose so it’s what you expect. I’m so glad I purchased it now it can sit next to all my other Bose devices! Thanks Bose

Beautiful little boom box speaker. Doesn’t get super loud but stays clear to its top end. Perfect for in the bathroom for shower music and getting cleaned up. Also great for light music on the deck outside enjoying a drink and grilling. Battery life is fair.

This speaker is great in sound and quality for its size. Only downside is that the strap used to hold it in place will wear at the top and even woth some repairing it will evenetually become unusable. Happened to both that I won. Wish they would choose a more durable material for the strap.

Speaker works well. Bought it to use on teams calls and allow others in the conference room to hear the meeting. Will be buying more.

Once again, Bose continues to impress. The quality of sound that comes out of this tiny little speaker is astounding. Bose is never going to make the loudest speaker. That's just not their thing. I am not trying to say this thing isn't loud, because it is. Could it be louder? Yes, but the sound is so clear and smooth. It blows you away. That being said, there is one thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars and that is battery life. I have speakers that go on for hours and hours whereas this little guy comes up short. Still, it's a great speaker from one of the best.

Awesome sound. Makes my bicycle rides even more enjoyable

This speaker packs a lot of punch. Great bass. For music it's simply fantastic and better than my JBL Flip 1 that I bought several years ago. However, since I primarily listen to spoken word podcasts, I'm finding that this speaker just doesn't cut it. Listening to it in an environment with a lot of background nose, the spoken word is hard to hear. I'm going to return this and try something else.

Great sound for small speaker and the app is a good

For the price and size, this is an excellent-sounding portable speaker. I just purchased a second unit (as a gift).
