Very good sound with good bass with equalizer settings in the Bose app. This model is stereo, while the Flex is mono. Worth the cost, instead of buying two Flex models, I got this on sale. Bluetooth easily pairs with my phone and Google TV (Chromecast).

Big sound from a small speaker. Battery last a long time and charges quickly when needed. Weighty and wont slide on surfaces due to grippy exterior.

I would like to express my appreciation to this great product from Bose company. I was very pleasantly surprised that such small speaker can produce pretty crisp detailed and powerful sound. This speaker is very mobile and can be placed on any stable surface. The device’s battery holds pretty well and easily connects through Bluetooth with the phone or other Bluetooth enable devices. I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

I was really surprised at the sound quality of this speaker. Its loud yet the sound never distorts. Sound is crystal clear and even has alot of bass. Completely satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommended

Works great in the office or garage! Each full charge allows plenty to play time. The sound quality is excellent, especially from such a small and portable speaker. This would be a great gift for anyone.

I purchased this to take it swimming during the summer. On one of the many days it went to the lake with me, It has played music for 5 hours straight and still had plenty of battery life left. It only takes a couple of hours to charge fully. I have dropped it in the water multiple times and it still works perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because of the range. My friend has a portable waterproof JBL speaker and the range is a lot better than this Bose. However, I love Bose and the sound quality/bass is great so I'm a happy camper. I love that I can bluetooth it to my Surface Pro and the sound will only play through the Bose speaker. I really love having it on work trips because I can hook my Surface Pro to the TV in the hotel room through HDMI and with the Bose speaker bluetoothed to my Surface Pro I can listen to it in bed without having to blast the TV to be able to hear the quiet parts of my movie since the sound only plays through the speaker right next to me.

This is a great speaker with excellent bass and high end. It occupies a very small which is very convenient. The battery charge last a long time during use too. We bought a second one since our Daughter liked it so much.

I love this speaker, I have another Bose speaker, and this one is almost as good as that one. I love how tiny this speaker is but still delivers the bass. My only regret was not buying a second one when it was on sale.

THIS IS THE BEST ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED IN RECENT MEMORY!!! This was a Christmas present from my son, a 1st Lt, USMC, JAG (in training), Quantico,, home on leave for the holidays. Knows I have a passion for listening to Audio Books; Harry Bosch, Lincoln Lawyer, etc.. Purchased this Bose Bluetooth almost indestructible speaker so I could listen wherever, even in the shower! I use it in the shower while getting ready for work, and even in my truck, as the sound quality is better than my factory speakers! Am going to purchase another, as this has `stereo' capability. OUTSTANDING QUALITY I have come to expect from ANY BOSE product. Other brands may be `trendy', but BOSE is the best!

Has fairly full sound for such a small speaker and can get pretty loud. Easy to attach to bike, belt, etc or to carry in hand or backpack and take anywhere. Great to use outside while BBQ-ing and for workouts.

I bought this to put on my mountain bike when I ride the trails and have only used it once. My first ride was about 1 hour and 15 mins, I have this turned up almost all the way and only used about 20% of the battery. So it seems this will have decent play time between charges. The volume of this speaker is ok depending on where your riding. If you have a lot of back ground noise it may not be as loud as you would like. I am happy with the volume of this speaker so far. I think some of it has to do with your play back device and how your music was recorded. Some of my songs were louder than others. I am annoyed by what I consider a design flaw. If this was made to put on your handle bars of a bike it is lacking thought. The strap holds it ok but the backing on the case slick so it moved around on the bar more than I would like. I am going to be added another grip on my bar to hold this in place. Its more of an annoyance than anything else. I expect more I guess out of a well known name like Bose. If you are creative it shouldn't take much to correct this flaw.
