    Bought this in February 2018. It worked well but recently stopped working all together. It's been well taken care of and never damaged. I'm disappointed because now my Geek Squad coverage is expired. Thought Bose was a solid purchase.

    Its loud enough for outside usage. Battery life could be better that's why I docked it 1 star.

    So I had very low expectations when I first opened this product I did not think nor believe that the sound quality would be as good as it was based on first appearance. This product is a perfect fit for my every day life of streaming music wherever I go. The ease of use is simple. The volume control is not obnoxious and the sound quality rocks. I was also excited to test out the accidents just happen and dropped the product in the water and to my surprise it didn't skip a beat. Literally didn't skip a beat. I would highly recommend this product as a good fit for the consumer who is on the go and I looking for compact mobility.

    I love this speaker. First of all, it is a Bose product. As I expected, the audio quality is amazing for the size. It is water proof, which I haven't actually tested, which is helpful for environments such as the pool or the beach. The speaker build feels very solid and the speaker has a nice weight to it. The speaker advertises up to 6 hours of battery life and has voice prompts that tell you what the battery level is as well as LED lights that indicate remaining battery. Pairing it with the Bose Connect app on my phone allowed me to update the speaker firmware right out of the box. The strap on the back is my only concern. It seems to snap securely around objects but only time will tell how long the material will stand up to abuse and sunlight. All in all, a great speaker!

    I returned this product for the Soundlink 2. It sounded horrible when it was on max volume. Cool that it’s completely waterproof and can be strapped to things but the sound quality is not he usual bose standard.

    I got maybe 6 hours of playtime on this before it stopped charging. Right after the 14 days I had to be able to return it or exchange it. Sucks.

    Speaker stopped producing sound

    I bought this speaker for my son for Christmas. He used it twice, and when he attempted to use it on a Basketball road trip, the sound from the speaker went completely silent. It stopped emitting sound, so unfortunately we had to return it to the store.
