I plan on using it to listening to music/audiobooks while in the shower or outside doing yard work so it does just what I need!

I love the ease of being able to take it anywhere and it fits everywhere. Great sound, even on the go. I ride my bike at the beach and don't always like to wear my ear buds. The Bose Soundlink Micro offers me a hands free ride with the durable attached strap. I just slipped it over the handle bar, turned on my iPod and off I went. I was also able to pair it with another Bose Bluetooth speaker I have at home, as well, and that was awesome! I kept one in the house and one outside where I was working. I found I could get about 5.5 - 6 hours of use without the charge cord plugged in, so that was nice, too, for being away and getting lots of play from one charge. I love that I can turn it on and hear it all over the house. It's small, the sound quality is outstanding, as I find with all Bose products. They certainly live up to their reputation. If you're looking for a a great sound with Bluetooth capability, look no further. The Connect App is easy to download and syncs with the speaker. It finds whatever device I want to sync it with and offers great sound with music and podcasts.

Leaving the unit on when not in use will drain the battery. However, if the system does not detect a signal (Bluetooth® or AUX) for 30 minutes*, it will shut off. To minimize the battery from draining, we recommend turning the system off manually.
*This is adjustable within the app
