He's a photographer when he is shooting short videos he loves this Bose speaker by attaching it to a belt loop he knows the music sound will never fade or sound like it's far away.

He takes it with him everywhere - hiking, kayaking, camping, etc.) and swears by it. Thinking of one for myself to replace my Braven. Would recommend!

The speaker was a refurbished but marked excellent and never listed any missing items

We would start by recommending that you head to our updater website and manually perform the updates available for this speaker, as this will not only improve overall quality but will also ensure that your product has access to the latest features/enhancements.
We would also advise that you try sources other than Youtube to confirm that this is not just an issue with this one platform. Following this, please test this both connected to power, and when operating off of battery power, as some power outlets can cause an interference or disrupting noise, resulting in reduced audio quality.
