We purchased 2 of these to use while bicycling around. To do so - you enable "party mode" using the Bose app. The speakers can be about 30' apart and stay connected... more than that - signal is lost (but quickly reconnects once back in range). The sound quality is decent as is the build quality. My negatives are as follows; Battery life isn't as good as the competitors. The price is much higher than competitors. And the app you are forced to use is frustrating and can be much better! We're satisfied with our purchase - and would recommend if/when Bose improves the app.

Did not believe a small speaker could produce the sounds it does. You will not believe the excellent sound this delivers even at a higher volume. I take this everywhere while traveling and bought more for each of my adult children. They cant believe the quality either.

Great sound. Above average battery life. Teenagers shower with it. Haven't dropped in pool yet but have confidence it would be fine. If your going to spend decent amount but not a ton on a speaker why not number one waterproof and number 2 bose.

Needed a decent small speaker for my iPhone. Bose products usually provide big sound from small speakers and this product is no exception. It meets my needs as well as my expectations.

I’ve been very impressed with the recent Bose Bluetooth speakers. I also own the original Soundlink Mini and Soundlink Revolve. I was looking for something I could easily keep in my tool bag at work and the Micro was the answer. The sound is amazing from such a small speaker. I would recommend this to anyone. You won’t be disappointed. Don’t go with a cheap speaker. Buy a Bose.

I have several Bose Soundlink and Soundwave speakers. This Soundlink Micro is amazing. Lots of volume and deep bass. Voice prompts for Bluetooth paring (and it remembers 6 host parings). Nice rubberized case. It is ported from the rear and a strap to secure it to small object (like a handlebar). Very high quality and highly recommended. As always, check it out with your music...

All you want for a sounds is in here small but big in sounds

Great speaker for outside ir even inside if you like. Very simple steps to add to your Bose app and connect your phone your IPad via Bluetooth. The sound is what you would expect from Bose.
