A deceptivley loud speaker for it's size; I purchased this as an open box item; and it works as advertised. Bose sound in a bery small and portable package; and great battery life (advertised 6- I have seen that plus or minus 20 minutes). Worth the cost retail! The only reason I rated at 4 stars is the charger is USB Micro- and the strap that is built in does not hold as strong as I would like.

Pro: -small, compact -great sound for size, major improvement to laptop sound (at least the ones i have) -works great and easy with iPhones (much clearer and louder sound than phone) -easy to use buttons -easy to recharge (USB) -rugged Con: none at this time

great little product. Weighs little, but sounds big. Connects easily after installing Bose app. Would be nice to have a little kickstand in the back to support it.

While this speaker is a little on the expensive side, you get what you pay for. I cannot believe how much clear bass can come from such a small speaker. This thing blows my older Sonos 3 and 5 speakers away with its room filling ability, and better yet, its portable. The app allows you to tailor the EQ settings to your liking. Very happy with this purchase!

Like having the 80’s boombox with a smaller and lighter footprint and better sound. This little thing packs a punch. Can replace a lot of subpar speakers you might have. Bose audio is second to none. This thing is also water resistant so if it rains, no problem, keep on jamming. Just wish Bose worked with HomeKit.

This device is great. The sound quality is excellent, and pairing it with my iPhone was fast and "idiot proof." It can be synced with a second speaker for full stereo sound (separate L & R channels). I have an old vehicle with only an AM radio, and this sits perfectly on the dashboard. The windshield directly reflects the sound back into the car. The speaker is water proof (at least Bose sez it is) and the rubberized coating keeps it from sliding around on the dash. The only thing I find fault with is the belt strap on the back. It's a narrow, stretchy, rubbery band with a tiny hook at the end. It doesn't seem like it would be dependably secure, especially for energetic activities. But since it's unlikely I'll every use that feature, it's of no consequence. I already own Bose products (like their noise-cancelling, quiet comfort headphones), which is why I purchased this compact unit over other brands.

Very good sound with good bass with equalizer settings in the Bose app. This model is stereo, while the Flex is mono. Worth the cost, instead of buying two Flex models, I got this on sale. Bluetooth easily pairs with my phone and Google TV (Chromecast).

I didn't think it would be loud due to it size but This small speaker is powerful and perfect for me. Im disabled and can't lift much but this is just right in weight

If you’re planning to buy this little speaker but it now. It’s very compact and light, perfect to go anywhere. The sounds are super fantastic. The bass, mid range and treble are unbelievable for its size - sound like it’s a big Bluetooth speaker.

The speaker is crisp, clear and loud. Portability is great, it easily fits into pockets and purses. Has a strap on the back that I like to use to clip onto the hinge of my sunvisor in my car which is great whilst using GPS. Sometimes, when I plug it into charge, according to the instructions, it doesn't start charging right away. I have to unplug it from the socket and then put it back in a few times before it will start charging. I am disappointed that the bluetooth calls are really bad. Calls made over bluetooth are very staticky, go in and out and are low in volume. Otherwise the performance is great.

I have owned a bose mini link II for some time and always liked the portability and sound. Was looking to upgrade to a larger version with lounder sound and more bass. Not dissapointed. Better sound thank my Echo Show 8. Also picked up open box and had extra savings.

Sound quality is phenomenal on this thing. Portability is a bonus.

Love it better than the JBL 6. HAndle is also a lot more durable and sound is crisp with that great bass to compliement it

I purchased 2 of these. They sound pretty good for the size, but the sound really improves when you pair 2 of them together and put them in stereo mode (using the Bose app). I bought them to use on my paddle board and kayak. Caution, the strap is not the most secure. I used the strap to secure the speakers to a bungie cord on my paddle board. I was relaxing on my paddle board one day and stretched my arms up and it instantly released the strap and the speaker sank to the bottom of the lake. The speaker is definitely submersible, but it does not float. I'm impressed with the sound - it's not phenomenal, but good for the size of the speaker. Battery life is really good, as advertised. Setup was simple, though I often have to try a couple of times with the Bose app to get both of them connected and in stereo mode. It's nice that the speaker will "talk" to you and let you know when it's connected to your device, the battery life. It also notifies which is left and right when in stereo mode. Next time, I'd seriously consider purchasing a single speaker in the price range of 2 of these. I've a feeling the sound would be just as good (or better), and you'd only have to worry about charging and securing 1 speaker instead of 2.

I bought this speaker for the name and the reasonable price I was impressed with the easy setup, sound, connectivity, battery life, and the stretchy strap on the back that allows one to hang it I like to strap it to the umbrella pole The big selling point was that the unit is waterproof With 5 active grandchildren, I am sure at some point I will be retrieving it from the bottom of the pool Now don't get me wrong, you won't vibrate the deck with the volume but the neighbors will appreciate that and you can still listen to your favorite sounds. Heck take it on a bike ride, kayak, strap it to your backpack No worries about the rain!

Unbelievable Bass coming out this little speaker ! I listen to it in the bathroom when I get ready for work for music or news. Sometimes I use it with the white noise app on my iPhone when my tinnitus kicks in at night ( great battery life) Perfect Size I always take it on trips with us too Try it you will be amazed !!

Very clear and wonderful sound, even if is at high level it doesn’t bother your ears. Just love it!! Battery last very long time.
