We would start by recommending that you head to our updater website and manually perform the updates available for this speaker, as this will not only improve overall quality but will also ensure that your product has access to the latest features/enhancements.
We would also advise that you try sources other than Youtube to confirm that this is not just an issue with this one platform. Following this, please test this both connected to power, and when operating off of battery power, as some power outlets can cause an interference or disrupting noise, resulting in reduced audio quality.

The blue tooth range is perfect for the house. I love the Bose quality, owned Bose products for many years being a truck driver. The other companies can’t compare to Bose. Thank you!!

You can link two of the same brand for more sound
