All of this in that small package...

I have the Color Sound Link and I like it pretty well, although it is a little muddy on the low end. I saw this new little one and figured I needed it in my collection. I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but I was very surprised at how good this thing sounds. I actually like it better than the larger and more expensive Color Sound Link. Bass is outstanding for the size of the speaker. Mids and highs are better than I expected. Tons of volume. Pairs and connects to devices quickly. Full charge in a couple of hours. Great for trips to the lake, by the pool or for a college dorm or apartment. Incredible technology for a speaker this small to sound this good and have this much bass. Don't expect it to have audiophile sound or concert hall volume, but for a hundred bucks it is an absolute bargain and I am more than pleased with it. The small size means I can more easily hide it from my wife and daughter so that it doesn't disappear. Highly recommended.

I was really pleased with this speaker all the way around. It was packaged nicely and simple. The speaker itself is nice to hold and does not feel cheap at all. The sound that it makes is great for both music and phone calls. It was easy to pair with the voice that walks you through each step and it just works. I think I will be wanting another one. The battery life was great as well. This is the device for me and you.

I loved this speaker but was disappointed that when using with my Alexa it was not able to be an additional speaker. It played instead of the alexa

Great Sound from a Small Speaker

I love this speaker. I wanted the bose speaker because I love a loud clear crisp sound. The size is perfect for on the go and attaches to a belt or loop on pants. It is waterproof which will be great when I am walking and it rains. Have not tested that out yet.It syncs to my phone with ease. Simple is so good. The sound is amazing. Hearing the words with music is a plus. Very clear sounds.

Sounded great in store but not so great once I got it home. The Bluetooth was hard to connect. Just wasn't what I expected from Bose. Not impressed.

I've had the Bose Soundlink Micro Bluetooth speaker for about a month or so now and I am very happy with it. It has amazing sound for such a small speaker. It is a weighty piece with a great rugged exterior so you can tell it's made to last. It was easy to connect and set up my device using the app. I love how portable it truly is especially with the added strap you can attach to your belt, bag, or bike. It's very durable and stays put so you don't have to worry about the strap opening while using. Bonus that it's waterproof so that's one thing you don't have to worry about. I can't wait to buy these for stocking stuffers at Christmas time.

Old School Need - Modern Technology

I wanted two speakers on each bedroom nightstand- and in stereo. I listen to a lot of pre-1980 music where stereoness was a part of the sound. But no one wants a full on old school stereo with wires and and a amp. And we don’t want mono sound from one or more speakers. We want wireless, lightweight, iphone controlled, and iphone app friendly. Enter the Bose Soundlink Mico with Real Stereo. It’s awesome! I lie in bed (in the middle- if I’m lucky) and go to sleep with beautiful sound in stereo softly bounding around the room. Note: This is real stereo! I bought the Logitech Ultimate Ears and they pair up speakers like many do now- but not TRUE stereo: more like 60/40 from each speaker. And to get this you have to have both speakers in proximity to your hands to press two buttons simultaneously. NO! The Bose are always on and plugged in at my house. I just Bose Connect on the iPhone app, pair in the app, play music. I don’t have to touch any speakers (auto-off turned off- not always possible in other brands and not in UE). I don’t use them portable so I can’t speak to that but in the whole history of stereo’s $198 was always a good deal and it is today. Very happy!

    Exceeded my expectations

I didn't expect it to be this loud or have the quality it has. For a speaker that is so small I love that it is louder than my old bluetooth speaker. I can hook it in the bathroom and still hear it in the Kitchen which helps while I'm cleaning. So while I can take it in every room with me I don't have to if I'm just grooving and cleaning..

Our Bose Soundlink III has been all over the world traveling with us. Besides the continental U.S. and Hawaii it has been to the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and South America. But with plans to head off to Ireland next year I had decided to not carry the 3 lb Soundlink III and its charger on this adventure. When the Micro was introduced I was intrigued, thinking this may fit the bill for Ireland. Then I read the reviews where the unit was receiving praise for its sound quality and design. I picked mine up yesterday and was excited to see another Bose product that exceeded my expectations. Not only will this Micro easily fit in my duffel for the trip, at 10oz it does not add any significant weight. I like the fact it does not have a separate charger. It uses standard micro USB cord to charge. When I first played the speaker I was impressed with the bass it produced. For a little speaker like this it has better sound than some earbuds/headphones I've used. Overall this product is perfect for what I intend it for, listening to music while relaxing in Ireland with a Guinness.

I’m always amazed how Bose is able to get such rich powerful sound out of such small speakers. I expected good sound from this speaker, but was blown away at how good it really is. The speaker is about 4 inches by 4 inches total and is covered in a rubber material and feels very solid. Bluetooth was easily paired with my iPhone, it was ready to go in about a minute. First I listened to a podcast, sound was very good, then I streamed a video, again sound is very good. Then I put on some music, Van Halen Unchained, and the sound was incredible. For the size of this speaker the sound was loud, deep, rich and powerful. This is an incredible speaker and will be my go to portable speaker for outdoor activities. As an example while playing Van Halen my neighbor came over to se why the music was so loud. I told him I was testing a new speaker I just got. After seeing how small it was and the sound it was producing, he was just amazed such powerful sound was coming from such a small speaker. You can never go wrong with Bose, and this is no exception, you get what you pay for. In this case you get great sound out of a small speaker, and it is worth every penny.

Wow! The sound coming from this smallish speaker is better than my other speakers that are 3 times the size. The battery truly lasts all day and I love that I can charge my phone off the speaker in a pinch. I have one of the smaller versions of this speaker too and I love that as well. These are the best line of BT speakers on the market IMO and they are very worth the extra $.
