The strap is very versatile and uses a simple yet sturdy design to fasten to itself. Charges fast, lasts a work day and has great range. Very happy I spent the few extra bucks and went with Bose.

They continue to amaze me how they can build quality sound into a small-sized device. The quality is outstanding and is better than any small bluetooth speaker I've ever had. Setup and installation took about 20 seconds and I was up and running. I'm listening to it as I write this and highly-recommend it to anyone looking for a quality compact speaker at an affordable price.

If I’m bluetoothed to my iPhone and listening to music it’s fine…until I get a phone call. After the call, the speaker won’t link to my phone unless I shut down both the phone and speaker and restart. Don’t buy this!!

If you had tried another power cable, outlet, and resetting the product, then I would advise that the exchange is the best option for you! Having problems already

The first time was very expensive, the only thing that works on my system is the radio. For this product, I don't know if was working fine then I charged it and now nothing, smh.

Based on the power issues that you're having, we would recommend trying another power port, power cable, and ensuring that this cable is seated correctly at both ends.

Perfect for in the bathroom for shower music and getting cleaned up. Also great for light music on the deck outside enjoying a drink and grilling. Battery life is fair.

After resetting and troubleshooting, it still won’t work. The warranty expired prior to a year and I expect a company to stand behind their product.

Unbelievably rich sound from a tiny speaker!

I was totally amazed at the incredibly rich and vibrant sound that this tiny little speaker produces. I have several Bluetooth speakers that I use around my home and this tiny little speaker from Bose totally blows them ALL out of the water! The sound that this device produces completely lives up to all the hype I've heard about how great the Bose wave sound system is. I tried a few different genres of music to get a feel for how well this speaker performs and can definitively say that I've never heard such rich tones fill my room like I experienced listening through this speaker. The speaker is so small, I was expected that it might be able to reach a slightly higher decibel than listening through the speaker on my ipad, but as I listened to some of my favorite classical works, it felt as though the orchestra was sitting in my living room playing for me. I can't overstate my satisfaction with this device - it has immediately become my device of choice. I expect to get many hours of enjoyment from use of this device for years to come.
