The sound is crystal clear. I have not used the speakerphone yet so I can not give you a review on that. If your looking for a clear sound with the right amount of treble and base then I would recommend this product.

I bought another for my son's birthday & will be buying another for my son for Xmas !!! Charge drains too quickly...

Posted .Hi Buyerone. Thank you for the review. That's amazing that you were able to use it on a cross country trip! You should be getting 10 hours of playback at normal listening volume from the system though. Running the battery down until you see the red battery status indicator illuminate and then reapplying power may help sync the battery and status indicator. If that does not work, please call us at 800-380-4831 so that we can assist you further. We are available M-F 9am to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 7pm EST.

My sister has it and I loved the sound of it so went out and bought one for myself as well. I love that I can carry it around the house or outside while I'm working and listen to the music on my phone or iPod through it and not have to worry about plugging it in.

I took it to work and my co-workers were blown away by the sound. When they saw that it was a BOSE system they all said "it figures". I have a habit of trying to but the best and BOSE is my audio of choice. I use BOSE for my stereo, TV, computer and now for my ipod.

We were very lucky to be helped by a very knowledgeable young man who thought this would be the best fit for us for now at least. This little speaker is amazing!!! We love it!!!
