The price was my only concern is the product worth $200 and yes it is. the feel alone is nice it has weight too it and it feel like it was made with high quality materials. the sound is amazing crystal clear even on max volume and it is very loud. this small speaker has a big bass very surprised when i first used it.

This is a great little speaker, I love the size and the sound. In the pictures it looked bigger, it's about the size of two deodorant sticks stacked. It works for my room or even a small gathering. The dock is great because there's somewhere to put it when it's not in tow. The sound link matches or bests the volume of others I've used and the bass reproduction is stereo quality. I do wish the bass was adjustable. For example at night when playing at low volumes the bass can still be felt on the floor and walls if placed "optimally" so I usually move it away from the wall. Nonetheless I was blown away with the sound definitely worth the money and it looks great next to my Macbook..

We tried two other bluetooth speakers and had to return them both before purchasing this one. I wanted to keep it under $100, but both devices we tried had a hard time connecting to our phones and ipads. This device links fast and reliably. Does not have a lot of features and is what we wanted: rechargeable, good sound quality, quality build, bluetooth conectivity. It feels very heavy for its size and I like that. Looks good on the table in the patio and the sound is incredible. We keep the sound in the lower levels, and it really sounds like it's coming from much bigger speakers. Well worth the $200

I've been listening to music on a Harman Kardon sound system for years now, but that's only when I am at home. At work or while traveling I have had to use what's available -- the computer speakers with no subwoofer, or the iPod dock at the hotel -- and it's just not how music is meant to be heard. With the Bose Soundlink Mini I don't have to compromise anymore. I get great sound and it's portable! If you're a music lover this thing is fantastic. I use it for audio books, too. If you don't want to invest in a bulky, pricey stereo system, this is a nice substitute. (Excellent choice for those who don't have enough space or money to go all out.)

I never intended on buying the Bose Soundlink Mini-- I came into Best Buy to look at and possibly buy a new computer. When leaving the store, we saw these on prominent display and decided to check them out. I'm aware of how good of a brand Bose is, but have never owned any of their products. We demoed them out and the sound was amazing. In the end, it was a blind and impulse buy (a $200 buy... I bet BB loved that), but it is worth every penny and you are definitely paying for what you get.

This product has a great battery life and sound quality. I'm super excited to take it with me to the beach and the park and not have to worry about spare batteries or a dead device. Also the speakers are loud --so you can actually hear the music at crowded outdoor space or even when you're listen to music around the house. I am super happy with this product, it is a must buy for anyone looking for a protable speaker.

What beautiful, magnificent engineering! This little box produces rich, vibrant, loud pulses that absolutely soothes your soul. Obviously if you're looking for something to blast your bass during your party while your parents are out of town, this isn't for you. But for everything else, this is perfect. Just make sure you place it close to a wall as the rich bass vastly dissipates the further away from a vertical conductor. You will not be disappointed, Bose does it again! Worth every penny.

The Bose Soundlink Mini offers great sound for the price. Bluetooth connectivity is easy and speaker offers good bass.

I'm huge on sound & this little guy is amazing. I bought this to jam in the bathroom or in the garage while working on my car & it does the job. Keep in mind it's not a home stereo but it's a good little portable. It sounds amazing in small rooms. Larger rooms it's still impressive but not as loud. If you're looking for something portable with great sound quality...This is for you.

I could sell these things for a living. In the 2 weeks that I've had mine 4 others friends have purchased. If Bose would have had this last year I would have bought 2 instead of the wave system w/ Bluetooth. It goes everywhere, lasts the workday on a charge and has enough volume to entertain. For those of you familiar with the term, this is the new boom box for the forty-something crowd. Easy to use, impressive sound, and untethered freedom to take your music anywhere.

I'm a bigger fan of Apple's AirPlay, but I wanted one Bluetooth speaker system that I could take off the wi-fi network and travel with. This product fits the bill nicely. At home, I connect to the AUX port with an AirPort Express so it is part of my AirPlay system. Off my network I use Bluetooth which works very well. My only issue is I wish it were a little easier to reconnect Bluetooth after the speaker has been shared with someone else. Maybe that's just me not fully understanding Bluetooth yet.

For the quality and clarity of the sound this was an excellent purchase. Easy to sync, and incredibly portable

Thought I was getting a blue tooth speaker and come to find out I was getting a cover for one.

Speaker completely died after just over a year. Bose would not do anything to help me. Complete junk.

Great speaker with both AUX and bluetooth and works very nicely with bluetooth devices. And it's LOUD!

The first time I tried with this in store, I was blown away by the audio quality and bought it right away. Sound was not distorted when playing music at near 100%. Bose did a good job not only in the sound quality but also on the device build quality. It's a great portable product to take during trips and remember to place the soundlink mini near the walls. Placement of the product helps maximize sound quality.

The small Bose speaker I purchased recently spent put out much sound at all. Useless to me.

I was on the fence about which to buy at the store-- Bose Soundlink or Jawbone Jambox. Got the Jambox because it was a little cheaper at 179.99 vs. 199.99 (Soundlink). Got the Jambox home and just wasn't really impressed with the sound quality (you can only test it out and hear so much when there's a million people around xmas shopping). Slept on it for a week and decided to exchange and pay the extra $20 for the Soundlink. Best choice EVER. The soundlink has a deeper and richer sound... I feel like it's... surround sound-ish.... You can't even tell that I'm playing it via Bluetooth from my Ipad. As opposed to the Jambox, you can tell the music is feeding through a speaker... and it sounds like a speaker. Don't get me wrong, I'm not slamming the Jambox at all. It's a good product and very stylish looking. But because I bought two similar portable Bluetooth speakers at similar price points and tried them both out, I can definitely say that I'm happier with the Bose. And for 20 bucks more... why not?

The performance and price make this a great option for on the go listeners. The sound is amazing for such a compact device. Easy to set up and connect to any blue tooth device. Bose makes great products and I would consider this one of their better product introductions. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for this type of product.
