Big sound from a Mini speaker!

This is incomparable to other Bluetooth speakers. If you close your eyes it sound like a 2.1 speaker system (2 speakers and 1 subwoofer). When you pick it up, it just screams quality. The unibody aluminum design is sleek and modern and it has a little heft to it; not excessively heavy (1.5 lbs) but enough for you to know this thing has some serious boom to it. Even though the $200 price tag might scare you at first, know that you're getting one of the best speakers on the market. Best Mini Speaker

I purchased a Mini Jambox and a Mini SoundLink, performed a side to side comparison and lets just say YOU CAN'T COMPARE. Mini SoundLink is so much better! It's twice as loud, with smooth deep tone bass. I highly recommend this product. Give it a try, you won't regret !

Big things come in small packages

I love my Bose Soundlink, the small size still carries a enormous sound. I had compared the Big Jambox to the Soundlink and did a side by side sound check and wow, for $100 less than the Big Jambox, the Soundlink sounds alot louder and clearer. I just wish you could use it as a speakerphone too.

I have tried numerous small Bluetooth speakers and none of them hold a candle to this thing. The bass response and mid to high range clarity are amazing. I also own the larger Bose Soundlink, and this smaller unit out performs it.

Liked Bose Soundlink Mini over the UE Mini Boom

    Posted .

I wanted a portable bluetooth speaker. I had researched online and had narrowed it down to the Bose Soundlink Mini and the UE Mini Boom. I wanted to like the UE Mini Boom as it was considerably cheaper than the Bose Soundlink Mini but when I listened to them in the store the Bose sounded much better to me so I paid the additional price. I really like the Bose. I have used it indoors and outdoors, on A/C and battery. The only issue I have seen is that occasionally the volume changes. I can't be sure but I believe that is because of the speaker and not my phone. This has only happened while I was using the speaker on battery. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

    Love this little speaker

I've bought mini speakers such as Skullcandy, Beats by Dre, Sony & Jawbone and they're no close to the sound of this mini speaker. $199.99 might be a little bit expensive, but it's worth it. I carry it with me all the time whenever I go out. It's a little bit heavy for a mini speaker, but I don't care because when I use it I love the powerful sound that comes out of it. I just Love Bose products.

So glad I chose and bought this speaker

I've been looking for a portable bluetooth speaker for over a year. My friend has the Jambox and I almost went with that but didn't feel the price was worth it. The Jambox sound was pretty good but I didn't think the price was worth it. So I almost went with a mediocre speaker in the price range of $50 to $99. However, almost all of them didn't seem to have great sound. I researched the Bose Mini Soundlink and was surprised at all the 5 star reviews. I decided to order it online despite it being in the $200 range. I didn't have the chance to listen to the quality at the store. When I went to pick it up, I tested the Beats Pill and the quality was below the Jambox. The Jambox to me was okay. Then I tested the Bose Soundlink Mini and I was amazed at the vast difference in sound quality from the others. I immediately picked up my purchase and it was easy to set up. I haven't read the manual yet but love the quality of the sound for the size of this little speaker. Wished I bought it a long time ago!

Great sound that fills a small room

Small unit with big sound. Will fill a small room with great sound. Easy setup. Does setup in minutes! Easy to use. Dont like controlling volume from unit that is a pain. It really isnt for outdoor use, i saw it in the instructions, i guess on a clear day just be careful. The battery life needs to be longer!. The base is fine for me i listen to lots of RnB and Hip Hop and sometimes its not enough for me but I do have EQ on my bluetooth device that lets me adjust the sound quality and it works great. Is it better than UE Boom well......UE has better features to me but I love the sound of the Bose and the UE! will get Boom also. But Bose has better base. Hope this helps.

I had been doing my research online whether to get the Bose Soundlink Mini or the Bose Soundlink. Everyone kept saying the mini had better sound quality. So i went to my local best buy and demoed both products and I could hear a huge difference in quality. The mini has clearer sound and its less scratchy. So I decided to buy the mini and when i got home, i was blown away. The Bose Soundlink Mini is so freaking loud and clear that people think I actually have a surround sound system in my house. I love this mini speaker and I would recommend it to anyone looking for the best of the best!

Swapped a JBL Charge for this and love it!

    Posted .

I'm a former audio engineer and had bought the JBL Charge based on a YouTube side-by-side with this unit. However had seen another video where the volume buttons (+ was -, and vice versa) on the JBL were installed backwards and when I picked up my black Charge as marked by JBL, it was actually white in the box! Took this questionable QC as my cue to rethink and pay the extra $ for the Bose. In person the Bose was head and shoulders above in sound quality. Nice clarity in both highs and lows at moderate volume. They all distort a bit at higher volumes. The Bose feels more solid with the metal enclosure- noticeably better construction and bass is much deeper, but not too tubby. For a smaller unit it sounds awesome... The speakers are farther apart than on the JBL, so better stereo spread. The JBL also sounds really good and is probably good for someone more on the go- fits in cup holder, and lighter weight with carry case included- but for my needs around the house and on vacation the Bose is great... This is the Bluetooth speaker for those with a more sophisticated palette...

The search is over. Here's why the Bose SoundLink Mini is the one for you too: What's great: - Sound accuracy - Quality sound at various volumes - Beautiful, simple construction - Long battery life - Bluetooth What's not great: - Occasional 'popping' sound with the audio *suspect this is a Bluetooth issue and not the speaker

Amazing Sound From a Reletively Tiny Speaker

    Posted .

When I initially took the speaker out of the box I could immediately tell it was worth the money. It has some good heft to it, feels well built, and is aesthetically pleasing. I was however, unprepared for the quality of the sound that came from this relatively small speaker. I placed it in the cradle to start charging, turned it on, and was paired to my cell phone within 1 minute. I started up Pandora, and was immediately blown away by the quality of the sound that emanated from this thing! Rich, full bass and not too tinny highs. The speaker easily fills my bedroom with rich full sound! If I was to walk into a room filled with this speaker's sound I would be looking for a sound system or at least a speaker 4 times it's size.

Wife has been wanting a Beats Pill for a while so I read reviews on them and weren't that great. So I said lets go with Bose. Ended up buying her the Bose Soundlink Mini and it sounds WAY better than Beats with bass and clear sound! She loves, I love it. We're all happy! Def recommend any Bose speaker to everyone!

This is an excellent product from Bose!...sound quality is great, pretty good bass for its size (what you should expect from it). The sound will fill an entire room. Set up is very simple and fast. I had originally purchased the original soundlink but returned it because wasn't that impressed for the price tag, eventually bose came out with the soundlink 2. I was going to try out the soundlink 2 after reading that bose made improvements but then saw the soundlink mini and read many reviews that it beats the soundlink 2...it's true in my opinion! I'm very picky with products and this is probably the best Bluetooth speaker for $200 and will not regret the purchase. It also feels like its worth the $$$, well built overall design! There's just no comparison to the beats pill, jukebox mini, and it's competitors for the price!

I purchased the Bose Mini Soundlink at Best Buy 3 months ago and love it! I couldn't be happier with it. It's worth the price because the sound quality and bass/treble range is well above its competitors. It has enough bass for any music genre and it sounds great with house music! Don't go to a cheaper alternative. Its not worth it. This is the speaker you need to own for a small, travel friendly speaker with lots of power and a very high quality of sound overall.

I bought these needing a wireless solution for my iPod Nano and these are great! I am a runner who has has been using Bose wired earbuds for years for the fit and sound quality (been though 3 sets in 6-8 years) and was shocked at the fit and sound quality of these ear buds. Charged them up and had synced in minutes and couldn't believe the sound. I was expecting to lose some quality for the wireless but actually think they sound BETTER than the Bose?! I will need to see how these are after 1,000 miles, but so far I am incredibly impressed! I got them on sale for a very reduced price so the value vs. other options was excellent.

My family and I use this speaker all over the house and it works great! Love the sounds that comes out and the portability that this speaker provides. Also bought the cover, and would recommend doing that because it has been dropped by my kids several times, but still works like a charm.
