I have not tested just how much the cover will protect my device. I can say the cover fits well and is aesthetically pleasing. My two year old dropped my bose soundlink and scratched it. Since I put the cover on, it was dropped again, but no scratch. So, I'd say it works.

Bought the Bose SoundLink Mini portable speaker and absolutely fall in love with its sound quality.
