With all the work from home now, I thought it would be great to hook my iPad up to any of my Microsoft Teams or Skype, webex , or Zoom meetings but use that as my speaker and microphone instead of dump eat buds (wireless or not). At this time, I can’t remember which of the two protocols it doesn’t support (the more Advanced one) but I would have expected that there was no way Bose wouldn’t. Sound it decent but honestly, for the money.. not really worth it. Probably too late to return or Best Buy will hit me with some sort of restocking fee. I think the JBL might have done both after some research but check it out if you have the same requirements I do. Not really pleaed with my purchase. Real rating is 2.5 stars

This model fits into my need as an speaker for projector. Set up is easy after you download Bose app to phone.

I would recommend resetting your speaker by pressing and holding the power button. If this does not improve the battery, please reaching out to your local Technical Support Team or your point of purchase for assistance.
