Purchased for my daughter as we were unhappy at how the earphones allowed her to tune out the outside world. Glad we made the purchase.

Do not buy a Bose speaker! Why? Google “my Bose soundlink revolve won’t charge”. Mine stopped charging after 6 months. I had it plugged in and the orange light was blinking, which looked like it was charging. It was not charging. The battery level continued to drop While it was plugged in and appeared to be charging. So, I did the Google search. This charging problem is a known problem. I tried the suggestions, and for me, as well as many others with these speakers, nothing worked. The sound quality is fantastic. I would say that the Bose has the best sound quality of the portable speakers on the market. However, I will never buy another Bose. I will not support a company that has a Known hardware problem and does nothing to improve durability. I bought an Altec Lansing to replace it. The sound quality is almost as good and Altec Lansings are virtually indistructable.

A little pricey at first in my opinion. But bose is a premium brand and you really get what you pay for.

I have always been fan of Bose products, but was very disappointed in this product. I had anticipated an immersive sound, not the case. Returned it and got a Amazon Echo Plus and the sound is exactly what I had expected from this Bose. Not a good buy!
