This is my first foray into Bose speakers. I had mixed feelings about it based on online reviews which I had read about other Bose products earlier. Connecting speakers to the phone was easy and it takes the name of your BT device when connected. The sound quality was out of this world! Me and my family were thoroughly impressed by it. So were my friends who listened to it. It's very compact too. The manual is pretty sparse. I couldn't figure out an easy way to make phone calls. Hence, I don't know the quality of the mic. I use it with the dock but strictly speaking, it's not necessary if you don't intend to move it a lot.

There is so much competition in the Bluetooth speaker market it is very hard to determine which one to buy. I have done countless hours on researching,reading reviews, and watching videos and ended up with three speakers. The three are Jawbone Big Jambox, Bose Revolve and SOL Punk. The Bose out performs all of them with sound. I'm not sure how they get the bass to do what it does, but if you place this in a room, the bass sounds much deeper 10 feet away than sitting right next to it. The Jambox will go much louder but overall the Bose has very rich, accurate sound. You won't get the bass as you would from large speakers but again, the bass is very impressive for a speaker this size. I am very impressed with the speaker and will be using it as my go-to Bluetooth speaker from now on.

Use in my small office. Sound quality is reasonable.

Sometimes disconnects from Bluetooth for no reason.

Its amazing when you get a product home how it seems to sound differently "speakers-TV's". That being said I thought it would sound louder then it dose. Music is ok but don't try and use it to listen to movies through your tablet or laptop.

I had Harmon kardon speakers but stop holding a charge. So traded in for these, they are loud but sound is a flat loud. Harmons way better in sound quality from classical to rock. These would be good I guess around the pool or something

The power charger appears to be non-functional as of early January 2022. I am going to bring it to the store for Best Buy to replace.

Not what my friend wanted. She wanted an Echo but did not tell me that just said she wanted a large speaker did not realize she did not want an external speaker

Its a good quality speaker, the only down fall to it is the battery life. It only lasts no more than 2 hours before it needs to be charged again.

Every time that I am charging my phone and listening to music through the speaker, The speaker crackles so badly to the point that I have to either turn the speaker off or disconnect the phone from the charger. Also, after the new update to the Bose Connect App, my speaker will automatically turn on every time that I even open my computer. I had to completely turn off Bluetooth on my computer which is a pain bc of the Bluetooth pen that I use.

Says it has a 12 hour listening time but it dies after like 6.5-7 We love the fact it’s wireless and Bluetooth so that’s why it got 2 stars.

After 7 months, it doesn’t hold a charge, you can only use it while it’s plugged in. Customer service is a pain. Definitely would not recommend to anyone

We bought it to replace our Echo which died. We thought it made more sense to put the money towards a good wireless speaker. Which it would have been if this had lived up to its company's reputation; it did not. Mediocre sound and then it stopped charging less then three weeks after we bought it. Kind of defeats the purpose of a wireless speaker. Returned and just bought another Echo.

The sound from this speaker is amazing for the size. I love that it will tell you the battery charge %. Unfortunately after a little over a month of owning it it now won't charge. It initially wouldn't charge past 70% and now won't go past 30% since I used it down to 30%. This seems to be a known issue on the Bose community forums with no obvious solution despite some people sending it back to bose several times for servicing. And now they can't get a refund and are just stuck in an infernal service loop

I bought this speaker specifically to pair with a Sony bluetooth record player. The record player itself does not have any volume buttons, so I was depending on the speaker to be able to adjust. However, when it is connected, the sound is SO LOW it really is not audible unless you have the speaker literally in front of you. It does seem to work fine when connected to my phone, but that's not why I bought it. Disappointing from a company like Bose.

You can't adjust the treble and bass on the unit and I think there is too much base - certain this is true when listening to the radio. It's not a balanced sound for voice.

This is my first Bose speaker and I am very impressed with it. The quality and clarity of the sound is amazing for such a small speaker. I love that it doesn't look like a speaker and doesn't take up much room. I've put it in my living room and can hear every word of a song in every room of my house. We've used it outside for barbeques and it sounds great. It is very easy to use and connect with my tablet and smartphone. You do have to download an app to connect it. Although I haven't gotten it around water, it states that it is water-resistant, which is awesome with three small kids running around. If you're looking for a great, small Bluetooth speaker, I highly recommend this one.

The Bose speakers were given as a gift. Some recipients had trouble synching the speaker to their phones. The sound quality was not quite what I expected.

This product only worked once and the nct tome i used it, it didn’t work anymore. Cam i bring it over to ur store to have it checked?

I have been using the Bose Revolve product for few weeks now. Revolve is yet another quality product from Bose. It comes with an amazing sound quality and bass, paired with nice aesthetics. I love listening to music on this cute little device which produces quite loud music comparable to devices 4 times its size. It is quite easy to pair with the phone using Bluetooth as well as you can connect it to devices using AUX cable. The battery backup on this device is good. The only recommendation I have for Bose is to try and make the controls fancier, like touch versus press buttons. Also, I found it little difficult to locate the volume buttons by touching the buttons and not actually looking at it. Oftentimes, I ended up pressing the button to switch from Bluetooth to AUX when trying to increase the volume in the beginning. Later I learnt the buttons closer to the Play/Pause/Next/Previous button were the volume buttons. It wasn’t a big deal thereafter.
