We have enjoyed this speaker for just over one year. Then suddenly one day, it would no longer turn on. Of course it was just after the warranty ended, so Bose's website suggested we should upgrade to a new one for $225 - why would I do that when I've had this speaker for barely a year and it has already died??

This speaker does not live up to the Bose name. The sound is tinny and has no depth. The bluetooth connection is terrible - whenever the connection cuts out I have to exit out of iTunes, turn the speaker off and then on again and then go back into iTunes. This speaker may end up in the trash.

Less than two years after I got it - it no longer words. The battery does not charge, and even connected to the outlet - it does not work !

The ordered the speaker online, but it would not take a charge and does not work! I sent it back with in the Best Buy timelines and I am being sent the non functioning speaker back. I would not buy this item again and would highly discourage anyone from buying anything from Best Buy online.

I have to admit that I've not often been interested in Bluetooth speakers, but this one is quite impressive. Barely larger than a can of Coke, this speaker puts out very impressive low-frequency and mid-range sound. I need to listen to more music through this speaker, but from listening to Joe Bonamassa "Sloe Gin" I would have to say that the high-frequency is a tad limited. But you can't have it all in such a small speaker, and all-in-all this one is definitely worth your time and money.

Bluetooth range is poor. Had to keep device immediately next to unit.

This is my first Bose speaker and while I was expecting good quality I am simply astounded at the sound quality coming out of this compact bluetooth speaker. Set up was a breeze and the speaker immediately connected to my phone. One thing I like is that this speaker projects sound in all directions, rather than just in one direction. I can place the speaker in the center of a large room and it will fill the room with evenly distributed sound. This is a great Bluetooth speaker!

Product would not connect to the phones and stay connected, when turned on every other time it could not be connected to.

I have had my Bose Soundlink Revolve for about a month now, and I absolutely love it! The sound is incredible whether you have it low or super loud. When I took it out of the box I was able to have it connected and working very easily and quickly. As soon as I got it set up and connected it to my music program, it became a daily routine to listen to my music. We probably watch half the tv we did before because we are always listening to music. The sound is crystal clear, has nice bass, and sounds great inside or outside. I have not heard any static at all even with it turned all the way up. I took it to my parents house and now they want one! My teenage daughter also hinted at wanting one for herself. The size is perfect, you can put it anywhere in the house and it looks nice. The battery lasts for so long and it doesn't matter if its plugged in or not, it sounds just as good either way. As soon as it comes on it lets you know how much battery is left and what device it is synced with. I will be letting everyone know how great I think this speaker is!

Lasted about 8 months until it wouldn't hold a charge or work when plugged into a power supply. Sent it to Bose for repair. It worked again for about 5 months and then the same issue just started again this week... but now it's outside of the manufacturer's warranty. Waste of $180. Get a JBL speaker instead.

Dead less than 2 years after purchase. I used it once, and now its a $200 paper weight. First purchase of a Bose product and the very last purchase of a Bose product. I tried to use their help online which was no help. Even the serial number was so hard to read off the bottom it was even hard to make it out with a magnifying glass.

After two years the battery drains fast! I charge it, then after I charged, it said 100% charged, the next day when I turned it on it said 90%, what kinda crap is this!! Very disappointed!! This is the last time I buy a Bose Speaker!!

Broke after two days. When it worked the sound was disappointing.

This thing is pretty loud. The sound quality does not deteriorate either as you turn this thing up. It's an absolute beast to listen to music to and the battery life is good. I don't use it straight, but I do use it periodically and it lasts me about a week. Continuous use will obviously make the battery drain faster. The charging does take quite a while though, but I recommend the cradle for easy charging and docking.

I've been looking for a quality Bluetooth speaker that I can bring with me easily. This is it! Whether I am relaxing at home, outside by the fire, or taking a trip, I bring this speaker with me. The 360 sound is great and the sound quality is magnificent. The speaker is small enough to travel with, and has easy to use buttons. Even if you do not have Bluetooth capability, you can plug in a mini USB or aux cord, so you will have excellent sound wherever you go. If you have the Bose Connect App, you can even control the volume, what's playing next, and other features right from your phone! There is a voice that tells when you are connected which does get a little annoying, but thankfully you can turn that feature off if you choose to. I would recommend this speaker to anyone. It is water resistant so you can have your poolside tunes, take it along on a hike, or just hook it up to your computer listen to your favorite music while entertaining guests!

This Bluetooth speaker is awesome! Very easy to connect and use. Small enough to fit into my purse and take it with me anywhere! I love the quality and the sounds of the songs I play on it is great, loud and awesome bass. Took it to the lake and everyone enjoyed it!

Too expensive. I would have much rather paid for a ultimate ears

This speaker is absolutely amazing. My parents frequently purchase Bose products and I wanted to experience this product for myself. I feel like this product is very innovative and the sound quality is amazing. I love that the product is easy to use and transport, although it does have a little weight to it. I like that the speakers go all around the product, which I feel produces the best sound quality, so one does not have to continuously turn up the volume to hear. Being able to use the Bluetooth feature while I am listening to music is definitely important to me, this product provides just that. The only con I can think of is during the first set up, I couldn’t figure out how to set the language setting, but once I figured it out I was good to go. I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for a Bluetooth Speaker to purchase this product it will not let you down!

At maximum volume it’s no louder than elevator music. There is no way to make this speaker loud again. I’ve tried with numerous devices. I even wasted $70 because I thought it was broken. I am furious.
