am so glad that i bought this speaker even though is litter bit pricy but the sound quality is perfect for my room

The is not a bass heavy my kids gonna love it kind of speaker. To my untrained ears the sound is even with maybe just a touch of shrill if the volume gets cranks up a lot. Best suited to enclosed surroundings, indoors with you not being off 20' away from the speaker. Controls are simple and connection to my LG6 was easy and painless. Rubberized bottom and top help you get a firm grip and give the speaker a solid footing. Can't speak to max battery life, mine is not away from its charger for more than 6-8 hours. I am pleased with the performance and if you don't absolutely have to have a bass heavy portable blue tooth speaker for EDM consider this speaker. 4 out of 5 stars because it could be 10% cheaper easy.

Bose, who was a spectator with a market full of 360 degree speaker, joined the much awaited bandwagon. Will it differentiate itself from the rest? One has to wait and see. Physical appearance and feel Bose has gone with a Conical Frustum approach with controls on the top plane. The controls are pretty basic - Power, Bluetooth, volume and voice controls. At the base of the frustum is contact point for a cradle charging station, which does not ship with the unit. The base is also lined up with rubber to provide the much needed friction and dampen the bass, so that the surface on which it stands does not vibrate or jarr. Mainly, there is this lovely socket to mount the unit on a tripod! That is pretty clever. Behind the unit is the charging port - Micro USB and a Aux line-in. One would have wanted a USB-C. The unit is sturdy as with every other Bose product. There is no feeling of cheapness. Overall it has a good form factor. Connection Connection was straightforward with Bluetooth. Enable BT in your Android (can speak for that alone) phone, switch on the Revolve, search the unit on your phone and connect it. Neither did I bother to use the Aux-in as the market/intention of the unit is for wireless connectivity nor I had the intention to use the Bose Connect App. The app, has not much to offer - would have been good if I had more than one unit of Revolve to check the app out. Music Experience Loud. That’s what came to my mind when I head the first piece of music through the device. Seems to be consistent with their marketing message, but the deep, powerful bass was missing - which others seem to quote. One can feel the music from every corner of the room, but some reason without the bass, I was not able to appreciate the effectiveness of the speaker. If one has to use the App to achieve it (via stereo mode), I would say the price point is way too over as the app is the selling unit than the speakers themselves. I have a wired bookshelf speakers set connected to my PC and they provide the clarity and bass for one-third price. Overall Cons: Expensive. Average product. Pros: Pair with other speakers, good for party and on the go folks.

The sound is perfect. Crisp and clear. Beautiful. Unfortunately you have to max out the volume to fill the room. Our house has an open floor plan. Maybe the space is too big for this speaker.

This speaker is a awesome one. Customer service is also terrific. However, this device is not compatible with my Lenovo 720(2017 model) laptop. Even though I tried a lot of ways and exchange product, it still cannot connect as a "Audio" device. Before purchasing, make sure to test the demo at Best Buy Revolve plus is compatible with my laptop, this one isn't at all. (I heard macbook has no issue)

I was expecting much better sound from this thing. I'm playing music through a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge using the Google Play Music app. All my music files are very high quality. They initially sounded very bad with the Normal and Rock EQ presets. Once I customized the EQ settings it sounded a lot better, but still not $200 better. Not impressed and will be returning.

I have used this speaker daily for 1.5 years at home and at work, in the car. I carried it everywhere, road trips, etc. The sound was amazing, until it stopped working. Now it won't even turn on. I expected something at this price to last longer than 1.5 years.

The speaker sounds okay, not great, but it has become an unnecessary annoyance in my life because of the charging problems. The first one I had shut off and would not come back on. I got a replacement and the battery does not last long at all. It seems to take a charge every three days and it does not charge while using it. I enjoy it for the short time that I get to listen to it but I would be too embarrassed to take it anywhere. I expected a lot out of this product but I am so frustrated with it that I now want to get rid off all of my other Bose products. There are better options available.

My devices play music without any interruption until I connect them to this speaker. Then there are big jarring gaps of silence. Since the devices play fine on their own I feel justified in blaming the speaker. Bose has such a good reputation that I was seriously shocked at how terrible this product is. I wouldn't even mind if I could just directly link with a cord but that isn't an option .

I have returned this speaker 3 times in the last year due to water damage. I had to fight with customer service to get it covered this last time. I purchased the speaker bc of its water resistance but was told today that I can't use it near water or it wont be covered next time. The speaker also isn't very loud outdoors on a side note.
