Don't update firmware

Bought two since they can be linked and played at the same time in different locations. As with most things today had to go online to find out how to do this, no problem. The first thing you are told to do is update your firm ware. DO NOT DO THIS!! Boise has a bug in the update and once update is complete the only way to fix it is send the speakers to Boise. You loose all volume control. No control from the speaker, your computer or whatever device it is connected to. As stated at the beginning love the speakers before the update. Sent mine in 14 days ago and still nothing back from Boise.
