Never ever had one problem with ANY of our BOSE products, and we have several. Even when I had a problem with my old earbuds, they replaced them. Absolutely love my Soundlink wrap around wired headphones and I’m looking at getting the quiet comfort 35 ll.

I was impressed with the overall sound quality of the speaker and would have given 5 stars, except I thought it was rather pricey. Even at that I plan on purchasing another speaker.
