The battery should last around 7 hours at a typical volume and around 3 hours at max volume. It sounds like that is not the case here and we would like to help you with that. A reset would be the first thing to try. To do that, hold the mute button for about 10 seconds until the 3 LEDs flash once. If that does not work, please call us at 800-380-4831 so that we can help you with that. We are available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 9pm EST and Saturday 9am to 7pm EST.
