The sound from this little speaker is incredible! Friends look around looking for a full size stereo speaker! They are surprised when they see how compact it is! You can not go wrong purchasing this! Love it!

I've own quite a few portable speakers, but none of them seemed to offer rich bass or just sound that great. Before this own I owned the Jawbone Jambox which was great. The sound of the Bose blew that one out of the water. I love it. I take it practically everywhere I go. I do a lot of studying at school so it's nice to be able to take it around in my backpack. It is pricey, but it's worth every penny. BEWARE though, it can get you kicked out of libraries, as I've learned from experience.

I've been eyeing this Bose SL Mini for a year; watching sound test comparisons and reading reviews trying to justify the cost vs other BT speaker alternatives that cost slightly less. Well, after seeing it on sale I finally gave in and bought one. All the positive reviews regarding sound quality and bass response were VERY true. The sound that resonates from the speaker is HUGE! As with most things, nothing is perfect although Bose comes real close - depending on the music I did notice some distortion from lower notes at higher volume, but normal listening volume sounds great! If you're on the fence like I was and you have the budget the SL Mini won't disappoint.

Have had mine for a week now and am not disappointed in its sonic or build quality at all. Has bass just when you think you'll have to trade bass for portability in a small portable bluetooth speaker. Charges to 100% in 3 hours as spec'd and I get a full 9 hours of playing time on a full charge before the red light that indicates 20% or less power remaining appears and begins to blink. Easy pairing with my LG G2X though I mostly use the 3.5mm connection. The sound is rich full and at low to moderate volumes full of clean bass. At or near max volume the bass can get a bit muddy depending on source but also note it is only 7" long, weighs 24 ounces and the speakers are what, about 2" in diameter? Don't expect subwoofer enhanced music play back and you will be impressed and definitely not disappointed. And it is striking to in appearance on or off its charging base

As a professional audio engineer, I was truly impressed with the rich sound coming out of this compact speaker. Tried a dozen of different brands, none of them could come even close in sound, size and overall design, regardless of price. For me, It is the best sounding compact bluetooth speaker out there, period. Only thing I wish, Bose could include a protective case with the package. One offered as an option is way overpriced.

well i bought this Bluetooth Bose sound mini link to listening to my music with my Samsung galaxy s3 and I really love its and its sound so good when i listen to my music and has good bass and its clean when you turn it all the way up and i did the subwoofer test on youtube to test the bass and the bass was so heavy and clear and me and my dad both use Bose alot and i used this thing everyday

I've had the full size Soundlink II for quite some time now, and I love it. I use it all the time, so when the Mini came out, I figured it was worth a listen. What I didn't know, was just how comparable in sound to the full sized unit it actually would be. This thing is INCREDIBLE. While it doesn't get near as loud as the Soundlink II, and doesn't have the same amount of really low bass, when used in a smaller setting, I actually like it a little more. The Soundlink II, I use to fill my back yard with music, and this little thing will still fill my kitchen/living room/office area without hesitation. I did a little experiment and placed it on my desk between my computer speakers and asked a few co-workers to listen to the music, and they thought it was coming from my Companion II's - That's how good this thing is. I'm REALLY happy with it, and it just drops into my bag without taking up much room at all.

We bought one of these speakers for my son to use with his iPad. We loved it so much that we got another one to use ourselves. The sound out of this tiny speaker is amazing. It is very light and easy to transport. The battery lasts a long time. We don't have one of the bigger soundlink speakers to compare, but we are so happy with this one, I don't even need to try the bigger one.

Great sound and easy to move around. This was a breeze to set up. I have bought 2 and given them as gifts to family members. Bose did it again

I am very pleased with this purchase. I wanted something that had great sound quality, was small and portable, and preferably wireless to connect to my Surface Pro 2 and iPhone 5s. This exceeded my expectations. It has more than enough sound to fill an entire room with no distortion or cracking. The dock is a great addition as well, which allows for effortless charging. I also use it to watch my Apple TV3 plugged into my computer monitor, so I no longer need a television in my bedroom. Sure it has a little heft to it, but it is built with quality. I have had no issues moving it from place to place in my laptop bag. The charge lasts longer than I need for the day, then it goes back on the dock. Recommended.

I upgraded my iPhone 4 to a 5S and so my old speaker doc became obsolete. I looked at cheaper models but for an extra $50 I decided to go with Bose. Do youself a favor and spend a little extra to get a lot better product. The sound quality is as excellent as the build quality appears to be. Very easy to configure and small enough that it can be placed any where. This is the first Bose product I've ever purchased and it won't be my last.

The price was my only concern is the product worth $200 and yes it is. the feel alone is nice it has weight too it and it feel like it was made with high quality materials. the sound is amazing crystal clear even on max volume and it is very loud. this small speaker has a big bass very surprised when i first used it.

This is a great little speaker, I love the size and the sound. In the pictures it looked bigger, it's about the size of two deodorant sticks stacked. It works for my room or even a small gathering. The dock is great because there's somewhere to put it when it's not in tow. The sound link matches or bests the volume of others I've used and the bass reproduction is stereo quality. I do wish the bass was adjustable. For example at night when playing at low volumes the bass can still be felt on the floor and walls if placed "optimally" so I usually move it away from the wall. Nonetheless I was blown away with the sound definitely worth the money and it looks great next to my Macbook..

We tried two other bluetooth speakers and had to return them both before purchasing this one. I wanted to keep it under $100, but both devices we tried had a hard time connecting to our phones and ipads. This device links fast and reliably. Does not have a lot of features and is what we wanted: rechargeable, good sound quality, quality build, bluetooth conectivity. It feels very heavy for its size and I like that. Looks good on the table in the patio and the sound is incredible. We keep the sound in the lower levels, and it really sounds like it's coming from much bigger speakers. Well worth the $200

I've been listening to music on a Harman Kardon sound system for years now, but that's only when I am at home. At work or while traveling I have had to use what's available -- the computer speakers with no subwoofer, or the iPod dock at the hotel -- and it's just not how music is meant to be heard. With the Bose Soundlink Mini I don't have to compromise anymore. I get great sound and it's portable! If you're a music lover this thing is fantastic. I use it for audio books, too. If you don't want to invest in a bulky, pricey stereo system, this is a nice substitute. (Excellent choice for those who don't have enough space or money to go all out.)

I never intended on buying the Bose Soundlink Mini-- I came into Best Buy to look at and possibly buy a new computer. When leaving the store, we saw these on prominent display and decided to check them out. I'm aware of how good of a brand Bose is, but have never owned any of their products. We demoed them out and the sound was amazing. In the end, it was a blind and impulse buy (a $200 buy... I bet BB loved that), but it is worth every penny and you are definitely paying for what you get.

What beautiful, magnificent engineering! This little box produces rich, vibrant, loud pulses that absolutely soothes your soul. Obviously if you're looking for something to blast your bass during your party while your parents are out of town, this isn't for you. But for everything else, this is perfect. Just make sure you place it close to a wall as the rich bass vastly dissipates the further away from a vertical conductor. You will not be disappointed, Bose does it again! Worth every penny.

This product has a great battery life and sound quality. I'm super excited to take it with me to the beach and the park and not have to worry about spare batteries or a dead device. Also the speakers are loud --so you can actually hear the music at crowded outdoor space or even when you're listen to music around the house. I am super happy with this product, it is a must buy for anyone looking for a protable speaker.

Bought this for my husband at Christmas and he takes it everywhere! It was the best gift!! Easy to use and awesome sound!

The Bose Soundlink Mini offers great sound for the price. Bluetooth connectivity is easy and speaker offers good bass.
