Bought this a couple of years ago. It was severely over priced for what it is, but I still bought it and everything was great. Today I saw that all of the "clear plastic" on this cover has turned a dirty, dingy yellow. This unit has never, ever been exposed to the sun, in fact, it has been used in a dark room the whole time. It has also been used sparingly, and treated very carefully as I LOVE the Bose Mini itself. If you don't mind the high price nor the plastic turning dingy yellow eventually, go ahead. It's a cute cover.

Great sound out of this speaker, love the way it syncs with blue tooth with my Iphone. I also use it as an amp for my electrical guitar, just plug it in and jam!

Good protection against scratches or bumps and looks nice.

What a wonderful accessory! I had alot of options on colors while shopping for speaker accessories for my bose soundlink. I seemed to like the energy green color the most, it just pops! Other than that, my speaker now has a firmer grip, thanks to the cover!

As the review headline states, this device has a love-hate relationship beyond anything I've owned. I own other bose devices and can confirm their commitment to excellence and quality. However, this device is not reliable. This is my THIRD replacement soundlink mini which was sent to me due to prior issues with bluetooth issues, connectivity, battery, etc. I've had this last replacement for maybe around 3-4 months now and the power indicator just blinks randomly when connected to an outlet. Note that when the outlet is removed, it just turns off. Probably a new electronic or battery issue as before. As others stated, when the device actually is working, it is beautiful and nothing to complain about. Apparently, there are electrical issues that were not fully addressed at the time of manufacture since this is the third time I will be sending this device back. I can't imagine I am the only one to have such horrible luck and managed to get these "duds" from the bose factory. Other reviewers also have written similar issues. This device should be removed from stores or a newer version which is more reliable should be introduced into the market. Very disappointed.

It has good clear sound but too much bass for my ear. Sturdy construction and clarity I expect from Bose.

I love this speaker but am wondering if it is considered a "powered" speaker? In other words, can I plug my SiriusXM radio directly into the speaker or do I need an "amp" in between the connection? Thanks in advance. :)

awesome product! didnt think it was going to fit at first from it being so tight but after a little moving around it finally latched on. looks good.

I have several other Bose devices that I have been very pleased with, however this was not one of them. I bought this for listening to music and occasional use as a speaker for entertainment on the go. For music it was average at best, for entertainment it was awful. The audio lags behind the signal being sent by several seconds, and has an almost tinny quality, issues which none of my other bluetooth audio devices have. As far as value for your price-The unit does have a great bass response that many cheaper speakers lack, but it falls behind in audio clarity and range of volume that cheaper ones have. TLDR-Buy a Beats Pill on Black Friday for 150 from Best Buy

Great protective case for my Bose. Now I don't have to worry about the kids damaging it from dropping it...

We purchased this based on the reviews that raved about the sound and portability. Be aware that it is not the speaker but just the cover.

This soft cover is great, but took some time getting it on....wasn't an easy task.

I bought this for my friend to cover his bose soundlink mini. It looks nice on. It was a little difficult trying to put it on because it was a tight fit.

First, let me start off by saying this is my second wireless speaker purchase. My first was the UE Boom, which had wonderful sound but I decided to return after reading the battery issue feedback online. I was so excited to purchase the Bose Soundlink Mini because of the sleek design and the Bose reputation. Boy was I disappointed. I listen to mostly country music but I enjoy a wide variety of other genres as well. The initial set up was extremely easy and took about 2 minutes to connect and start streaming. Immediately, I noticed a huge issue.... I could barely hear the vocals off of the bass coming out of this speaker. I immediately went online to see if I was possibly doing something wrong but I quickly realized this was a common complaint and unfortunately there is no way to adjust it. Some recommended to move your speaker to help with the overpowering of the bass but I tried everything I could think of before finally deciding to just return it. I ended up choosing the equally priced Sonos speaker & bridge. It's exactly what we were looking for. If you aren't looking for a unit to take outside of your home, I would highly recommend listening to it in the store. The quality is night and day compares to the SoundLink Mini.

I was able to pair this Bose speaker with my Kindle HD with ease...However; after playing only a few songs, the Bose system died. The system was fully charged and plugged in, but the Bose refused to work, pair or do anything. I tried to reset the pairing memory, but it stuck on the reset mode with lights on but nobody home. Power button would not work to turn off lights...totally unresponsive. After 2 hours of closely reading instructions and trying everything under the sun, I boxed it back up and its going back! I am a VERY tech minded guy with over 20 years of electronics/electromechanical training and repair, so this isn't an idiot that does not know how to resolve technical issues. VERY disappointed with Bose, given the cost, I expected QUALITY build, not a unit that dies after only 30 min!

I'm the type of person who does a lot of research before buying anything. Bose is always top of the line where reviews are concerned. I was debating between the Bose mini, Jambox & Beats Pill. The Bose Mini Soundlink didn't impress me at all. The sound was almost muffled or dull. I tried various different genres and none of them impressed me. Very disappointed as Bose is typically better than this.
