Great sound quality. Great battery life. Comfortable. If i had to say one bad thing about them is that the phone call audio quality is low... but honestly... i rarely speak to anyone over the phone anyway. Great wireless headphones

Purchase these from Best Buy the day they dropped took them on a Mountain bike ride later that day. They were horrible Bluetooth issues the whole Ride The right ear stays connected while the left ear is the slave to the 4.2 chip that doesn't seem to be able to handle the job. Next day took them for a walk with the dog still lots of Bluetooth drops in the lefted side even if i just did Circles they would cut out.If you're just gonna use them inside A closed environment they work good you just can't move around too much are too far away from your phone. But the sound quality is great! Just wont-work for what I need them for so today i Returned them And got the Sony wf-1000 they almost sound as good and the seems to have way better Bluetooth conductivity so far but they'll have to be put though some tests.

Great sound. Crisp and clean. Bass is pretty decent. They're a little on the large side but they stay in my ears pretty well, you have to knock into them for them to come out, pleasantly surprised.

These wireless ear buds from Bose sound really good! They sound and fit better than the previous model. You can stay connected a good 50 ft from your phone too. The bass beats anything else out there. Another quality product from Bose!

These work great, worth the money. And being wireless is very convenient

Love the sound quality and the fit! Only knock against is sometimes there is a delay or failure to connect when using both buds. Works great as a headset too. Also, I like the find your buds feature after you've downloaded the app.

This is the 2nd Bose product I own and they live up to the name. They stay in ear when you run *which is a problem i have with other headphones* they sound GREAT and the portable case is awesome and fast charging. The one problem I have is that owning a bit over a year with 5+ hrs of use Mon - Fri at work, The rubber that covers the button on the right headphone tore off at the buttons. I now only have a -Volume button that is also about to go. I dont know if this is an issue with these headphones but if you plan on using them as much as I did I would grab that insurance.

This wireless headphones are great. They have an excellent battery life and have excellent audio output. Only thing that I could say that would negatively affect them is that they only connect to 1 audio device at a time.

I HAVE TRIED 6 DIFFERENT TRULY WIRELESS EAR BUDS AND THESE ARE BY FAR THE BEST. SOUND IS GREAT AND THE BATTERY LASTS LONGER THAN I expected. The buds are big but you really don't notice. They never fall out and are very comfortable.

Coming from Bose I was not surprised that the sound quality was absolutely amazing. But I was highly displeased with the appearance. Due to the design and bulkiness of this product it is definitely not something I'd have on me with my every day carry.

I own quite a few bt earbuds and a few wireless like these . These have come to be my favorite. Due to their comfort , noise blocking, yet i can hearthe person speaking next to me. They do not fall out and they stay in place.

I love the sound quality and the comfortable fit of these buds. They stay in my ear even when I am doing physical activity. I like that I can track each bud individually in case I misplace one or both.

Great fit. Really good sound. Durable (had it for more than a year and had no problems. I use it almost every day and also use it when I’m working out so it does good with moister.

I just purchased the Bose SoundSport Free wireless headphones yesterday (10/27/18). Thus far they are great! The sound is outstanding and they fit in my ear extremely well; I have had issues in the past with in-ear headsets due to small ear canals. Learning the basics of how to use these headphones was extremely easy. I fully understand the need for compactness, however becoming adept at using the volume up/volume down/change track buttons on the right headset is a bit of a challenge, due primarily to the small size of each control. I will update as I use these headphones on the elliptical and over time.

Wear almost all the time. Fit great and sound great. Good Quality!!!

I use these with an Apple iPhone and a Window 10 PC. It is relatively easy to switch back and forth between the two. Ear bud battery lifetime is around the claimed 4 hours. I typically can recharge the buds a couple of times before exhausting the carrying case battery. The case itself recharges fairly quickly, typically within two hours or less. The sound quality is very good and the microphone picks up my voice well on phone calls. I much prefer it to using my iPhone as a speaker phone. The bud wearing comfort level is not bad, and they are secure in your ears; but 3-4 hours is about as long as I would want to wear them. They are not cheap, but I have no regrets about the investment.

I bought these to work out with, so far they are great. They're loud enough to enjoy whatever your listening to and noise cancellation is a joy. When I first opened them I immediately updated the firmware through the Bose app and saved myself a heartache. They're fully charged in the box. I love the case and the fact I can take them anywhere and it also charges them inside. I will say that the updates take forever, I have 150 Mbps internet speed. It shouldn't take an hour just for a firmware update. Aside from the minor hiccups, I hope to see improvements made by Bose Co. For a workout headphone, I can't recommend it enough.

These headphones are the best at sound, sweat resistant, and at staying in place. I had tried several headphones due to me taking 45 minute jogs and sweating a lot. These are about one month in and are still working. The sound is amazing. The only thing I didnt give them five stars was due to the fact that when I keep my cell phone in my pocket while lifting weights sometimes, the music cuts off sometimes. It doesnt happens too often for me to return them, but it is annoying at times. The buttons are not easy to press either. Hopefully their next design is better.

So, I purchased both these Bose and the Master & Dynamics at the same time to run a true head to head(ear to ear) comparison. Playing from the same device(Samsung Note 9), a multitude of the same flac audio files, in the same location, within the same 30 minute time span... Here are my personal concerns an the winner for me. Comfot and fit, Bose Audio quality, Bose Accuracy of tones, Bose Precision of stereo, Bose Quality of BT connection, Bose Weight, Master & Dynamic Ease of operation, Bose Stereo Precision, Bose Battery life, with all the detractors the M&D suffered, I was not willing to continue to determine that's meaningfulness...

Let's start with the good. The sound is great, as is expected from all things Bose....full range of sound whether I'm watching shows on my tablet or listening to music on my phone. The included ear pads work great and hold these in the ear perfectly. I half expected these earbuds to fall out when I worked out or went for a job, but nope, these things stayed in just fine. Now for the bad, namely for residents of the hotter parts of AZ, or other states that get just as hot. These things will turn off if it gets too hot outside. I know some of the information says that these things work up to 122 degrees, but even when it's only a little over 100 and in direct sunlight, that much heat will cause these things to turn off. I even went out running at night (8-9pm) after the sun went down, but there was a heat advisory in the day so it was still about 102 or 103 degrees (if you can believe it), and the earbuds turned off about 15 minutes into my run. I went out running the next night with my wife's JBL Reflect Mini 2's (still wireless, although not "truly" wireless, and less than half the price of these), on a similarly hot night, and they worked perfectly through the whole run. It's a little frustrating that I basically have headphones I can't use outside for about 4-5 months out of the year, and it's even more frustrating that I bought these back in March and Best Buy's return policy has expired before I was able to discover this major design flaw. If you check out Bose's own website, you'll find many other people who have complained about this very issue in places like Texas, and even in Spain. I plan on complaining to Bose to see if they will do anything (highly unlikely), and since I'm past my return policy deadline, I can't exchange these for something I can actually use outdoors in the daytime.
