Product fit snug in my ears and presented a nice balance sound. Audio was rich but didn’t invoked any real excitement. Nice bass present but nothing too deep. The big deal breaker was that when watching YouTube the audio would large almost 1 second behind which was both comical and annoying. If you are listening strictly to music these earbuds are worth having. Note: this device was used with Apple products and should be a lot better on the Android platform.

I started my Bluetooth earbud journey with a pair of Raycon E55s at Black Friday prices. Imma basshead, admittedly, so I’m pretty finicky with my hardware. I cherished my over-ear Bose headset when I was on the road, and the Bose SoundSport nearly made me a believer that you could tickle 16Hz with an in-ear setup. I figured Bose could do the same thing — make me a believer — and deliver bass on the cordless Bluetooth earbud platform. Man . . . . Bose is widely known for their exceptional attention to detail and forward-thinking engineering, but this headset needs another iteration or two. The mids and highs are there, but the thump (bass) is hollow. And if you try to wear a helmet or a mask with these things, they’ll get snatched out your head — quick! For real: you experience one of these getting plucked from your ear, and headed for the sidewalk, you’ll calculate that it’s gonna be at least half what you paid to get a new unit (if! you can get a single unit!). If you’re in it for the beats, or active wear (you can feel them in your ears for most activities), look elsewhere. These are better that the Beats PowerBeats (the ones that “clip” behind your ears), but it terms of easy thump, neither can touch Raycon [insert shrug emoji]

These headphones are perfect for me. I run outside often, and these provide the freedom of not having to deal with an annoying wire while also offering fantastic sound quality. I wanted to give the rating of 4.5 stars, but I was able to do so... the reason why I don't give a full 5 stars is that sometimes the bluetooth connection disconnects from one or both earbuds depending on how I move my arms (where my connected Apple Watch that plays my music is). This doesn't happen at all when I run but does happen when I am stretching. Over all, I highly recommend this product.

Using these earphones for a few weeks now. I have to say that I have pretty impressed on the technology and design from Bose. However, the size of the ear pieces are a bit too generic. I feel like I should be in between a Small and Medium. It came with small, medium, and large but I did not find any to be comfortable for more than an hour or so. I bought this originally since I started to run more but did not like having to deal with the wires getting in the way. They are a little bulky but do not bother me. The buttons on the ear pieces it self is easy to use and convenient when you do not have your phone out. I wish the case that it came with had a switch that you can turn off or on the charging of the earphones. I do not like charging something at 70% since I feel like it would shorten the life of the battery. Other than that small flaw I feel like this product is a pretty solid wireless earphone that exceeds the air pods.

The sound is what I expect from Bose. Nice and large so they are not as easily lost as other cordless earbuds. Sometimes lose connection in extremely hot environments.

These headphones are excellent. I use them everyday and have no issues. They stay in place and the ear pieces are easy to change for the best fit or cleaning as well. Sound quality and battery life are great too.

The Bose sound is fantastic, the fact they are completely wireless is a huge advantage when working out. They have great durability and do not fall out the ear during rigorous workouts. I would recommend to anyone.

Bought these to replace the Samsung IconX that died. Pros; Sound much better, Very comfortable in ear, easy controls, syncs seamlessly with my Samsung phone. Cons: No internal storage like IconX, Big compared to IconX

Fit great inside the ear and don't fall out. Plus it has the Bose legendary sound! They do at times lose connectivity or else it would be 5/5.

Great bose sound, comfortable fit, great charging case. Just wish the battery life was a little better. Can only get 6-7 hours out of them before a charge is needed.

These have superior sound and they remain securely in place even while doing activities that you would be worried about losing them. They are a little pricey but the sound quality makes up for it.

You can't go wrong with Bose products. I love these headphones. Great sound and truly wireless. The case holds a charge that charges the headphones without being plugged in.

These truly wireless headphones have been amazing to use. The battery lasts around 5 hours, the advertised rating. The comfortable ear pieces keep them securely in my ear. The noise cancellation is acceptable.

Great battery life, stays in ears easily, very good sound quality. I would give 5 stars if they had better noise canceling. Still not bad in that department as well.

Paired up quickly with my phone. Very comfortable, and the sound is excellent! I listen to Spotify alot, and the bass is deep but tight, and channel separation is really good. Calls come in crystal clear.

I was skeptical at first with how they would stay in my ear with just a wrap around but I don’t even notice them. They are comfortable and portable and they really drown out outside noise to stop distractions.

I didn't expect these to have the sound as good as my wired ear buds, but they're are close. Much lighter than I expected and so far battery life is good. I also like that I can use them for hands free calling.

These headphones are some of the best sounding units I have ever owned. They come with adjustable ear pieces to ensure a snug and comfortable fit, charge quickly in the case, and have a very long battery life.

Great quality product from Bose. I had the headphones synced with my phone in seconds. They fit great and stay in place while working out. Charging case is a great way to keep the headphones charged and stored.
