Let's start with the good. The sound is great, as is expected from all things Bose....full range of sound whether I'm watching shows on my tablet or listening to music on my phone. The included ear pads work great and hold these in the ear perfectly. I half expected these earbuds to fall out when I worked out or went for a job, but nope, these things stayed in just fine. Now for the bad, namely for residents of the hotter parts of AZ, or other states that get just as hot. These things will turn off if it gets too hot outside. I know some of the information says that these things work up to 122 degrees, but even when it's only a little over 100 and in direct sunlight, that much heat will cause these things to turn off. I even went out running at night (8-9pm) after the sun went down, but there was a heat advisory in the day so it was still about 102 or 103 degrees (if you can believe it), and the earbuds turned off about 15 minutes into my run. I went out running the next night with my wife's JBL Reflect Mini 2's (still wireless, although not "truly" wireless, and less than half the price of these), on a similarly hot night, and they worked perfectly through the whole run. It's a little frustrating that I basically have headphones I can't use outside for about 4-5 months out of the year, and it's even more frustrating that I bought these back in March and Best Buy's return policy has expired before I was able to discover this major design flaw. If you check out Bose's own website, you'll find many other people who have complained about this very issue in places like Texas, and even in Spain. I plan on complaining to Bose to see if they will do anything (highly unlikely), and since I'm past my return policy deadline, I can't exchange these for something I can actually use outdoors in the daytime.

Fit great inside the ear and don't fall out. Plus it has the Bose legendary sound! They do at times lose connectivity or else it would be 5/5.

I bought these to work out with, so far they are great. They're loud enough to enjoy whatever your listening to and noise cancellation is a joy. When I first opened them I immediately updated the firmware through the Bose app and saved myself a heartache. They're fully charged in the box. I love the case and the fact I can take them anywhere and it also charges them inside. I will say that the updates take forever, I have 150 Mbps internet speed. It shouldn't take an hour just for a firmware update. Aside from the minor hiccups, I hope to see improvements made by Bose Co. For a workout headphone, I can't recommend it enough.

These have superior sound and they remain securely in place even while doing activities that you would be worried about losing them. They are a little pricey but the sound quality makes up for it.

These headphones are perfect for me. I run outside often, and these provide the freedom of not having to deal with an annoying wire while also offering fantastic sound quality. I wanted to give the rating of 4.5 stars, but I was able to do so... the reason why I don't give a full 5 stars is that sometimes the bluetooth connection disconnects from one or both earbuds depending on how I move my arms (where my connected Apple Watch that plays my music is). This doesn't happen at all when I run but does happen when I am stretching. Over all, I highly recommend this product.

These headphones are excellent. I use them everyday and have no issues. They stay in place and the ear pieces are easy to change for the best fit or cleaning as well. Sound quality and battery life are great too.

The Bose sound is fantastic, the fact they are completely wireless is a huge advantage when working out. They have great durability and do not fall out the ear during rigorous workouts. I would recommend to anyone.

These truly wireless headphones have been amazing to use. The battery lasts around 5 hours, the advertised rating. The comfortable ear pieces keep them securely in my ear. The noise cancellation is acceptable.

The sound is what I expect from Bose. Nice and large so they are not as easily lost as other cordless earbuds. Sometimes lose connection in extremely hot environments.

Using these earphones for a few weeks now. I have to say that I have pretty impressed on the technology and design from Bose. However, the size of the ear pieces are a bit too generic. I feel like I should be in between a Small and Medium. It came with small, medium, and large but I did not find any to be comfortable for more than an hour or so. I bought this originally since I started to run more but did not like having to deal with the wires getting in the way. They are a little bulky but do not bother me. The buttons on the ear pieces it self is easy to use and convenient when you do not have your phone out. I wish the case that it came with had a switch that you can turn off or on the charging of the earphones. I do not like charging something at 70% since I feel like it would shorten the life of the battery. Other than that small flaw I feel like this product is a pretty solid wireless earphone that exceeds the air pods.

Bought these to replace the Samsung IconX that died. Pros; Sound much better, Very comfortable in ear, easy controls, syncs seamlessly with my Samsung phone. Cons: No internal storage like IconX, Big compared to IconX

Paired up quickly with my phone. Very comfortable, and the sound is excellent! I listen to Spotify alot, and the bass is deep but tight, and channel separation is really good. Calls come in crystal clear.

Great bose sound, comfortable fit, great charging case. Just wish the battery life was a little better. Can only get 6-7 hours out of them before a charge is needed.

Great battery life, stays in ears easily, very good sound quality. I would give 5 stars if they had better noise canceling. Still not bad in that department as well.

I was skeptical at first with how they would stay in my ear with just a wrap around but I don’t even notice them. They are comfortable and portable and they really drown out outside noise to stop distractions.

LOVE THEM!!! Does everything I want them to do. Don't have to use phone for these at all, once in your ear(s). Long battery life..can go all day without having to charge them and even if or when I need to charge them, it charges up to 100% in like 15 minutes...I LOVE THESE!!! Unhappy that Best Buy no longer sell these...but was able to get somewhere else "Thank God"...I been dealing with these ear buds since 2017 and never has failed me... O...not to mention it has a kool feature within app to find your ear bud if misplaces it and yes buds sound out for you to find it!!! LOVE THEM!!!

I didn't expect these to have the sound as good as my wired ear buds, but they're are close. Much lighter than I expected and so far battery life is good. I also like that I can use them for hands free calling.

These headphones are some of the best sounding units I have ever owned. They come with adjustable ear pieces to ensure a snug and comfortable fit, charge quickly in the case, and have a very long battery life.
