Absolutely love these ear buds. The range on them are way better than the air pods. Very good quality for listening to music an multitasking. Until now for whatever reason I can’t walk away from my phone with the noise of me losing signal when my phone is within range. I will be contacting someone about this matter..other than that I’d say they’re excellent!

Sound is terrific and comfortable to wear. Only downside is the way they look.

I got these as a gift for someone. They have great sound quality (I tried them out) but I have difficulty positioning them in my ear. Once they're in, they're in! But it takes a few minutes for me to get them in right. However, the person I got them for has no problems or complaints at all and LOVES them ... maybe it's an ear shape thing?

Great headphones and very good sound. Love how they automatically connect to my phone when I put them on.

For the last 3 years or longer I've purchased LG Tone blue tooth, collar head sets and loved the sound and controls on them! The last set I owned was the LG Tone Platinum, which at the time was approximately $250.00 without an extended warranty (which I would highly recommend if you buy a LG Tone headset). Now the only problem with the LG series is that they last a bit longer than a year and the sound will go out on one or both sides. Out of the 3 sets oh LG Tone headsets that I've owned, the longest lasted 14 months (Which is funny, because the manufacturers warranty expires a year after purchase). So if you buy a LG Tone GET the 2 year extended warranty do you can get new ones when yours go out after a year. The BOSE earbuds have been great so far, purchased these end of May, 2019. Love the sound! The controls take getting used to , But I got the hant of them Quickly. I like the membrane buttons,. I've read a few reviews saying they are too hard to press. I like them! I use my BOSE especially for the GYM and usually workout about 4 to 5 times per week. I am curious to see how long these will last. Definitely got the EXTENDED Best Buy 2 year protection plan just in case. Love the charging case! The magnetic holderi are definitely nice and the case is compact and we'll thought out! I watch quite a bit of YouTube and have had NO problem with sound lag myself (Maybe BOSE fixed that issue, read quite a lot of reviews about video sound lag) Oh, also I ride a motorcycle in the summer and these have worked great, wear a half shell helmet, doni think they'd work as well for a full face lid. Anyway great sound, great product ! Rating may go down if they crap out sooner than expected ( I would hope $200 earbuds would last at least 4 to 5 years without a hitch!).

Lost mine. They are the best. I have a small ear canal and after watching utube a guy showed me its best to use the large tips. Wow what a difference, but I lost them. Do not make the same mistake I did. ALWAYS PUT THE BUDS IN THE CHARING CASE WHEN NOT IN USE EVEN IF ITS ONLY 5 MINS. I PUT MINE IN A BAG AT A BASEBALL GAME WITH ALL THE OTHER STUFF AND THE BAG HAD A HOLE IN IT. SO PLEASE PUT BACK IN CHARGING CASE

The bluetooth is great, in exception to one feature, no redail. They are a bit bulky, but the sound quality makes up for it.

Buying $200 headphones without trying them first was not easy. These are worth it. Great sound and they stay in your ears.
