aside from total enjoyment when listening to a music, this is my safe hands free tool when taking calls, so phone stays in my pocket all the time, which is important especially during this pandemic. battery lasts a long time, earpiece stays in place, no need for constant re-adjustments. device are easy to pair to a mobile device and computer for my online meetings. I highly recommend.

You can't beat the sound quality for these buds. I have other wireless earbuds and Bose beats them hands down for sound. They are a little big and stick out a little. I have knocked them out of my ears countless times. And the buttons on the side are very difficult to manipulate. Can be frustrating at times.

Like them a lot. Great app. for this brand. Good sound and fits in your ears. The only thing I dont like about them is the cut out at times. Also second thing I dont like is that they are big in the ear. Makes ya look weird. But sound is good. I think they're too expensive as well.

These earbuds are awesome sounding but the battery life isn’t. I am a mail carrier and on the route for about 6 hours every day. The charge doesn’t last that long, about 4-4.5 hours. If you don’t use them for a long period of time I recommend these because the sound is phenomenal. I wish the battery life was better!

Nothing compares to Bose and this is no exception. The sound quality and ease of connection and ability to stay connected makes this headset the best I have owned. My only small complaint is I wish they could figure out why there is a delay in the sound while watching YouTube videos. I’m not sure if the issue is YouTube or the headset as all other video players have no syncing issues but that has been the only thing I have noticed.

Have had no issues so far. They sound great, have above average battery life and charge quickly

I really like these, I use them when I'm ridding my bike they don't fall out and they sound great.

For wireless talking they are ok. Reception is spotty sometimes and background noise can interrupt incoming calls will stop conversations to announce new caller mid conversation. There maybe a setting for this? The wireless freedom is great in correct settings. Music sounds really nice although condensed in bluetooth mode. Better than most true wireless
