These are great and the sound is superb. The negatives are, they hurt after a few hours of wear and they can fall out. I travel a lot and had one pop out on take-off and rolled a few rows behind me. Need to use the finder and was able to get it back....few.

Cons- (1) They are uncomfortable to me because they hurt my ears. Myself personally cannot wear them for a long time. (2) You can only speak on the phone with someone with only the right headset. So when the right headset dies you have to wait until the right headphone charges, which sucks. (3) You can only use both headphones when you are listening to music only. (4) Expensive to me since basically you are using one headphone basically Pros- (1) You can track you headphones. (2) Sound quality is good. (3) Doesn't take that long to charge. (4) works with apple phone. Overall, I would not buy them again or recommend them. I bought the apple headphones within two weeks of the purchase and LOVE those. I would recommend the Apple Air pods over these headphones any day.

Love these BOSE bluetooth wireless headphones, the are great, work vreat really sweat proof and stay in place. The only downside of the item is the following: 1. When a phone call is received, only the right side bluethooth is the only one that will function and recive the call, if you have both headphones on the left side will be left blank. This is a mayor concern that Bose should fix and maybe could so via an update, which the headphones do have if you have downloaded the Bose app for your phone. 2. These headphones are water resistant not water proof and come on its the year 2020 and having water resitant headphones should be out of the market by now. 3. These headphones are coated in a soft rubber plastic which in time is broken off as per deterioration and this should not happen in the year 2020 headphones. Bose please fix these issues as well as any other that I may have forgotten.

I can see why Bose is the BOSS. For a these small earphones, the sound quality is mind blowing, have been using more than 6 months and it is great. If you are looking for better portability then this might not be the right thing for you, apple airpods2 will be good. But when it comes to sound quality, i dont think anyone can beat Bose

It’s a bit early to say much. Good sound quality. Volume buttons on headphones are a bit hard to press. Sometimes, they would go off and on while I was trying to use the volume buttons. Like if my hand was blocking the signal or something.

Wonderful sound with this item. Very comfortable. Easy to use for anyone.
