I don’t always have the case on such as in times when I’m out for a run or at gym.

The sound quality is amazing the only drawback for me is the loudness but I’d take real true bass and even sounding music over screaming in my ears

Not particularly comfortable. They don't always 'hold' my phone's bluetooth, and the left bud often has to be re-set. Too many quirks for a BOSE product.

Also connecting to devices that don’t have the Bose app are harder to switch between. It tried to connect to each ear piece separately.

Simply Awesome

I have had for about a month now and it's probably one of the best purchases I've made this year. no kidding. My Reason for buying them is I feel they will hold up at . the gym. Time will tell if I made the right choice.

Just what I exprected

The sound canceling feature is good but not the best. The sport tips are very comfortable and stable. I was a little disappointed that the signal is not as strong as I expected compared to the Jaybirds that I have.
