Great sound, they look amazing. The problem I’m having is that they drop the connection very often while I’m running (very annoying) even though my phone is close to me. I regret the purchase.

We'd be curious to know if you've tried all three sizes of the included StayHear+ Sport eartips. The medium size will be installed at first, and then there is a small and large set in the box.
