Huge Disappointment!

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was always impressed by the quality of sound and noise cancellation that other Bose headphones provided so when I saw these I jumped at the chance to purchase them. Needless to say they were extremely sub par by ANY standard. My first pair worked well for about 4 months but then started dropping the connection from the left earbud. Right off the bat you notice that there is no noise cancelling or external sound dampening at all. Using them on a plane does little to drown out the engine noise. They also suffer from latency when watching video which is annoying but tolerable. I run and bike and really enjoyed the true wireless but when the connection issues started things went downhill quickly until the left bud wouldn't connect at all. I also noticed that when setting them in the charger I would have to wiggle them consistently to get them to charge. Finally, I thought maybe it was just a faulty pair so I gave up on them and purchased another pair hoping for better luck. I had read the reviews and noticed that others were having similar issues with theirs but I forged ahead anyway and purchased another pair. I ran into the exact same issues, only difference was these lasted 2 months before suffering the same fate as the previous pair. It really is such a let down. I wanted to love these headphones and enjoy at least a couple years with them but no such luck, not even close. Shame on you Bose for charging a ridiculous amount of money for such a substandard product. These lack every bit of quality that exists in your other products and that truly sucks.

Connected fast and the sound was a little above average. Just a little compared to a lower priced one that I had exchanged these for. The ear peace is slightly too big or too little and nothing in between and they feel as if they are always going to fall out when I'm sweating. And one has about 3 times since I received them. The battery started charging to 100% but over the past 3 months, they only charge up to 60 sometimes, or 80 and that's charging them ALL night. For the price, id expect these to last a little bit longer and ESPECIALLY these being BOSE. I wouldn't buy these again but im stuck with them. :-/
