Sound great but lose sound in right earbud

That is the reason I bought these, but I’ve been having trouble with connectivity. Sometimes the left earbud will lose sound and it’s rather annoying. Maybe it’s the pair I got, but I probably going to exchange them.

However, we see that these headphones have not lived up to your expectations. We recommend updating the firmware of them using a computer and our online updater - https://bose.life/2LYNuy8. Additionally, this may be caused by interference between the right earbud and your mobile device. The Bluetooth signal is processed by the right earbud which is then streamed to the left earbud. The left earbud will drop out first if there is interference between the Bluetooth connection. Sound about 1/2 second off to video. Update firmware. Then returned to BOSE Replacement does the same thing. Word well with regular movies and music videos.
