I purchased these because of the Bose reputation. The sound was awesome, but the design made it difficult for me to wear them. I could not get them to stay secure in my ears and the made my ears sore. I also had an issue with the left side dropping out. Since I only had them less than a week and I purchased the Geek Squad warranty, the Best Buy associate was very understanding and refunded my purchase. I then purchased a pair of Power beats Pro.

These are awesome earbuds!! The sound is amazing with deep bass and they're very comfortable too. The case they come with is very handy and keeps the earbuds charged

Overall I really like them, comfortable and great sound. However often they will disconnect and reconnect and interrupt your listening.

I used to have the SoundSport Wireless earbuds and they served me well for at least 3 years until I carelessly wore them into the swim spa. I knew the SSW’s were bulky and it could be really annoying wearing a hoody, but I was ok with the size because they always sounded great and never left me hanging. These bad boys aren’t a big as I thought they would be, they sound totally awesome, stay securely in my ears and I just am really happy with their performance. One drawback I will mention is the inability to pair them with more than one device at a time. That part is a bit annoying and I hope it’s something that can be addressed down the road.

They fit comfortably, great sound quality, and clear sound while using for phone. I had the wireless beats earbuds and those kept going in and out with the sound. Definitely recommend the Bose!

Got these for daughters Christmas present and she loves them! Very comfortable to wear and sound quality is better than apple AirPods. Charging case is fabulous.

I got these for my son who runs at a D1 university and runs about 70 miles a week. Sound and quality has been great. He worried about comfort and they feel pretty good. They do minimize outside sound but not as well as noise cancelling models. The only thing he doesn't like is the size as they are kind of big on the ear. He hasn't submersed them but sweat hasn't effected them.

Sound quality is great! They’re so comfy. I love how I’m able to connect to Siri, control the volume, pause/play and skip to the next song on one bud. Very convenient. When on phone calls I can clearly hear the person I’m talking to and they can clearly hear me no problem. My only set backs are they’re bulky and the buttons are a little hard to press but compared to other true wireless headphones these are by far the best quality and with all the functions I want and is provided I can live with them being as bulky as they are.

I really like these headphones. I have a set of Bose Bluetooth on ear headphones but wanted something smaller. These fit the bill. There are pros and cons however overall I am satisfied. Pros: easy to connect, decent battery life and decent sound quality. Cons: the only negative I have is they hurt my ears to the point of being sore when not wearing them. I tried the different size earpieces that came with them and nothing really helped. Maybe my ears will adjust or the ear pieces will break in.

The sound quality is phenomenal. I can't hear anything going on around me, which is what I wanted them for. However, if you sweat a lot they do tend to work themselves out of your ear. You will have to wash the silicone ear pieces, or that problem will get worse. Also, you have to keep your phone on your right side, or the left earpiece will disconnect.

I was in Best Buy on Thursday, and purchased the Bose earbuds. I have looked for awhile for earbuds I would enjoy using. The price is what kept me from purchase. However, I gave in and bought them. Because I have issues with putting things like this on my phone and Ipod I had help before leaving the store. Really wish I remember the young man that helped me. He was very pleasant and had my phone and Ipod taken care of with no problem. I am very happy with my earbuds especially since they stay in my ears with no problem. Blue is my favorite color so that was also a plus in my decision to purchase them.

Good quality sound and comfortable, but my only issue with these are occasional connection losses. But they work great overall.

Great sounding ear phones, fit very well and not the least bit uncomfortable. I almost forgot I had them in they felt so good. No issues with pairing or staying connected either.

I love these wireless earbuds. Despite their slightly bulky form, they are comfortable, secure in the ear and sound amazing. Sweat while working out have not affected these buds.

Great sound & use between quick charging. Comfortable in ear but bulky appearance adjustment will running to avoid pop out.

The sound of these is amazing & they are also comfortable. Besides that these earbuds offer nothing. They constantly disconnect & it is a pain to reconnect them because the Bose app constantly says "Aw snap! Something happened and we couldn't connect". On average it takes me about 5 minutes to reconnect them, only for them to disconnect on their own again 20-30 minutes later. There's also the issue of sound lag. When you watch a video the sound is a few seconds late which makes watching a video painful. I do not recommend these unless you are willing to deal with those issues.

While the sound quality isn't quite up there with Bose's over-the-ear headphones, these are definitely leaps and bounds beyond what other manufacturers have to offer in the same category at the moment. A lot truer the what you are listening to than alternatives that where the lower register is cranked up to a deafening ppint, possibly masking other inadequacies, but ruining the balance. I did initially find them a bit awkward to put on, but once I got the knack of it, I really came to appreciate how secure and comfortable the design is. I have smaller ears, so that is a rare find with wireless earbuds, to stay in place even through a lot of jarring activity.

These sound amazing and look great but there are two issues to be aware of. First, there is a sound delay if you are watching video. It is very noticeable and for me it was a deal breaker. Second, there is an issue connecting these to Windows 10 devices, just go to the support forum and you will see that the issue has been unresolved for over a year. If you just want them for listening to music and don't care about connecting to your PC then these earbuds are probably the best you can get.

I have owned a Bose Soundsport headset for about two years when the wire became too bulky that I decided to upgrade to the Soundsport Free model. I am really glad I did. This headset is amazing. They fit perfectly in my ear and have a rich, clear and robust sound. The case they come in is really well built and charges them. The only things I would improve upon is that they stick out of your ear a bit further than some competing products and it would be nice if the charging case was QI compatible. All-in-all this headset is excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Love the way it fits. Comfortable,Great Sound,and also it's doesn't get in the way from you work out,does not fall off when you're jogging or sweating this is a great headset to invest in
