They look clunky in your hand, but they are very comfortable and secure to wear. The sound is great; balanced bass and treble with good range. Charging case is handy.

Great earbuds, the sound is absolutely phenomenal. The downsides are primarily the fit, sometimes they aren't the most comfy, they are a bit big. They are also very expensive but the bass is not comparable to any other earbud in my opinion, these are far superior. A little pricey but worth the price. There is a lot of wear and tear on the actual rubber and buttons which I don't like.

I just switched from the Bose SoundSport corded earbuds to the SoundSport Free model, and I am very pleased. Okay, okay, they look a bit funny in the ear, but they are comfortable, convenient and the sound quality is as expected with Bose. I'm having a minor frustration with the volume and track controls on the right earbud since I'm used to inline controls, and I think Bose could improve the user-friendliness of the controls in the next release. It took a few tries to master getting them inserted in the ear properly, but once they're in, they stay put. They're a bit pricey, but I'm happy with them.

I had a pair of these and lost them (make sure you set them up with then app then you can use that to find them, unfortunately I hadn't done that. when I went to replace I decided to save some money and bought a pair of Jabras. They were incredibly uncomfortable so I took them back and best buy allowed me to return them and I spent the $20 extra for the Bose. My ears are thanking me. Plus I love that you charge the case and the case charges the headphones which is great for travelling. I also find the magnetic holder very gratifying. Silly, I know, but I like how they click into place.

I really love how lightweight these are and the sound is amazing. I use them non stop. They charge fast. They are comfortable. Can’t beat for the price.

The sound quality is EXCELLENT and the earbuds fit comfortably and solidly in my ears. Love the truly wireless nature of the headphones. The battery life is also excellent with the earbuds charging in the carrying/charge case. Only two complaints: (1) the Play/Pause button is small and hard for me to consistently press. (2) there is no Off button on the buds, rather the earbuds must be placed in the carrying/charge case to turn them off. There is a Standby Timer in the Bose Connect app.

Honestly, I’m very picky about what I use to listen to music, podcasts, movies, etc through the chosen pair of headphones, earbuds, speakers, etc. The good I can mention about these earbuds, is more about me, & not the general comments everyone looks for when making a purchase for earbuds. I like how one button switches them over to whatever listening device you have them connected to. I like the bright orange color they came in... the color almost seems exclusive to the brand. Last but certainly not least, unless you keep the volume at maximum capacity on these constantly, they have consistently good sound quality throughout all the genres of music I listen to.... and there is quite the mix in my collection of music. The bad about these earbuds, and I reiterate the more personal take on them, is that they charge on a micro usb cable, they stick out quite profusely from your ears, and you have giant hands with zero fingernails, you may need to ask a small child to feel around the buttons on the earbuds for you. Otherwise, just use the device’s that you’ve programmed into your earbuds controls for volume, turning off, etc etc. Typical Bose sound quality, which is always good, typical ease of use & programming into Bluetooth, which was a no brainer, and easy app to navigate through once you’ve registered them through it. Slightly on the pricier side of the earbud spectrum, but it IS Bose quality you’re paying for & as long as they keep building their product well, you’ll never go wrong with making the purchase & investing in the brand. Love the audio quality. Decent bass. With charging case I only have to charge everything once a week. Pairs quickly with note 8. Also stays in ears with activity

Really love the sound from these. The bass is so deep and I use them daily. They stay out in your ears. I’ve used them for running and hitting a bag.

These are the best wireless bluetooth earphones I’ve ever purchased. Great sound, light weight, low outside noise, and good battery life. A most purchase.

First of all, I should have done more research but I needed a pair of wireless earbuds. I had a pair of Samsung Buds+ and lost one of them. I consider these expensive and thought they were only $99 instead of $199. Because of low inventory or not reading the tag on the shelf I bought these. $99 for a Bose product seemed to be a great buy. Due to low inventory, the boxes were displayed at the front of the shelf. I will try to be more vigilant next time. Battery life is between 3 - 4 hours at most. Because my cat likes the taste of the wire covering my earphones for my phone only worked on the right side. These were to replace the wired ones. Inconvenient to have to stop listening so as not to disturb those around you. I do like the way they go into your ear. The part going into the ear canal is oblong instead of round. it fits my ear and is comfortable. You insert them and twist them for a firm fit. Sometimes, especially when first connected, the left ear would disconnect from the right. after about 5 - 10 minutes the problem stops. I will probably take this back and do better research.

These are very good wireless headphones. The have excellent sound and hold a charge pretty well. One huge con though is that you can’t listen to the left earbud by itself. If you want to only have one earbud in it has to be the right one. This means that you can’t trade out to let the other charge as in some other wireless models like Apple. I also had a few issues with getting the size correct so that it didn’t fall out of my ear.

These are the BEST! Sound quality beats my kids AirPods hands down. They are super comfortable and never fall out.

The sound is amazing and the base is incredible. They will not fall out of my ears no matter how hard I try to shake them out. Great product.
