We're very glad to hear that you enjoy the sound quality of this product, and are equally saddened to hear that you're having issues with the comfort/fit of these.
This product comes with 3 sizes of eartips, which are small, medium and large.
The placement and comfort in your ears are dependant on the eartip size that you use, so please ensure that you are using the most comfortable/best fitting size for each of your ears!
When you have the right fit for your ear, not only will this improve the comfort and fit, this will also increase the quality of noise-masking, as this will create a better seal against your ear, blocking out more outside sound.
