These are great for working out in less way longer than two hours the only thing I can make this better if they were truly noise cancel

I have been a Bose fan for over ten years and never encountered poor performance from a device until now. The app is required to use it both on my iPhone and Samsung cellular phones, wherein it struggles most to connect with my iPhone to the point I use it solely with my Samsung. The final disappointment is the connection problem while playing music. The left bud will play music in "spots" wherein the music goes in and out regularly. At first, I thought that was how the music was recorded by the artist to create a unique effect until I purchased a competitor's brand of equal dollars- boy what a difference! I missed the deadline to return the Bose wireless headphones to a local retail store wherein I will have to deal with Bose's technical support to seek a resolution. Meanwhile, I have to listen to my boyfriend's "I told you so," heckles this year for Christmas. What a disappointment for sure. For the amount I invested in this device, I expected better performance without any hassles nor troubleshooting.

Bulky headphone for ears. Sound quality is good but after a while it hurts your ears wearing long.

A little uncomfortable. Good if you need to hear what's going on around you but loud enough to hear what you are connected to.

These are good, just make sure to get the geeksquad protection so they replace them when they break. They will break... Shure is infinitely better for when you upgrade.

Bought two pairs for my kids. Had to return one pair-they did not get as loud as the other pair.

The sound is as good as you would expect from a Bose device. However, buds keep dropping one at a time with the phone in my pocket. It also losses connection to the phone. Did some research and apparently it's a frequent issue with this device. Already returned.

I have purchased many different types of ear buds. These are by far one of the best ones that I have used as a market fair price. Highly recommend these for your listening pleasure.

They are great for listening to music while walking, but I’m having issues keeping them in with running. They like to pop out.

This is the second pair I have...well that’s because u had some issues with the first set. Thankful that Best Buy has protection plan. Had a new set for about three months and no issues!

I ended up returning these because I didn’t see a huge difference in sound quality for the price. Nice product but a little expensive for me.

They worked great but I’ve alway have a problem with ear buds staying in my ears. The Bose ear buds worked great in my son’s ears. Thank you

It is very fashionably designed and color contrast is very sporty looks. I love the case also, I can never loose the power nor piece from the pair, because I can always use the locker case.

Great for working out, not so much when talking on the phone. People cannot hear me . I switch to another device when on calls.

I have been a BOSE customer for years.. Way back to 1980. These wireless headphones are the BEST I have ever heard. No lack of volume, and the bass is very impressive! HIGHLY recommend!
