Why Bose would have a phone feature connect and only hear in one ear is stupid! Quality sound was difficult in outside. Left ear would consistently get static.and cut off while the right ear would stay connected. Wouldn't stay in ear while working out or just walking! Already returned...didn't want to try another set. At this point I am considering Beats noise cancelling Pro as option just didn't want any thing to go around ear. I have purchased a number of Bose products and support the Brand..but these missed the mark.

Left earphone cuts in and out constantly. I’m on my 3rd pair and it still does it.
