Started having problems with them a couple months ago. Unfortunately, warranty is a year. $200 is a lot of money to spend on headphones that only last a year.

When the buds can’t rely on the case, they will charge will the case hardwired, but it will only hold for an hour or so before they start to die. Called Bose for a warranty replacement & apparently 3 months is the actual warranty replacement timeframe?! What happened to a year? Sad that these ended up being like this as I really liked them when I bought them. Bye bye Bose.

I purchased for playing PUBG on mobile and watching YouTube. Both applications lag. This is a know and unresolved issue. Also having them in for long periods of time(+2hrs) hurts my ears.
