Love them, but connectivity is bad...your phone has to be Visible to the headphones. Even if you are close in range they lose connectivity if you turn your head to the left. Thinking due to only being connected to the right headphone and the Left is connected to the Right one. SOUND QUALITY IS AMAZING FOR THE SIZE

Love Them But Improvements Needed

I do hate the fact that the product is BIG & BUNKY in your ear and to be honest you kinda look crazy. It is for this reason why I give the product only 4 stars and I hope that Bose heeds such feedback and makes something a bit smaller which provides and or exceeds the quality they have currently achieved.

This is a technical limitation of the Truly Wireless Technology that we utilized for the SoundSport Free headphones where the master (right) earbud cannot send call audio to the left earbud. This is typical of this technology and there are several other benefits to using this, such as comfort, fit, and unrivaled sound quality, as well as convenience.
