For the SoundSport Free's, the microphone which is used for phone calls, is built-in the right earbud only. Phone calls will only come through the right side since that is where the microphone is located. Sam - Bose Support

When I am outdoors, I want something that can block out all the sounds around me and I feel that Bose always packs a punch. I love how they feel and the quality of the sound is amazing on these.

Not disappointed, but just expected more. The battery case did not hold a charge for more than a week off not used. You have to keep it plugged in. A little trouble staying in the ears when running, as most of these types do. They're ok with other normal activities.

Random disconnects

I am however, having a problem with them disconnecting randomly. The only way I have found to remedy this is to put them back into their charging case and let them pair again. Very inconvenient.
