Good earphones but....

My only problem is when I put my phone in my back packet and walk, the connection keeps dropping consistently. However, when I put it in the front pocket everything is ok. It's a problem. With the earbuds since it only happens to these earphones.

The charging case allows me to wear them all day long without having to recharge them. I normally wear them one at a time but when I don't want to hear any outside noise I wear both of them. The earbuds are extremely comfortable that is why I have chosen Bose and continue to wear them.

Everything is top notch but the Left ear bud cuts out rather frequently. Not sure if it’s a Bluetooth interference issue or something deeper.

Awesome Earphones!

The battery could last longer (which is the main reason why I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5) but they're great to use when running or working out. Some earphones start slipping out when you get sweaty but these never slip out.

Great Sound. Not Loud Enough for Gym Use

Also, the case is way too thick. I returned it. If you don't have to use in the gym, this is a spectacular headphone. Bass response is awesome.

Loose with golf

The real issue I had with them is they would get loose while I was at the golf range hitting golf balls. (mainly the left side)

The down side of this headphones is that they are very bulky and at times very uncomfortable! They will fall of sometimes if u choose to put the smaller ear buds! So 4 stars is fair!

Bose quality sound!

I use it at the gym and sometimes at work when I feel like drowning out my co-workers. Sometimes the left side goes in & out for no known reason. I would prefer it to be smaller and more lightweight. I like it for the sound. I love Bose!
