I gave 4 stars cause the phones failed and got a replacement for free from the factory. Although Bose is known for its quality, I feel they failed with this headphones . Over all the headphones are working good and randomly the left side wants to disconnect, but it goes back to normal.

These are great quality earbuds. My only problem is when I put my phone in my back packet and walk, the connection keeps dropping consistently. However, when I put it in the front pocket everything is ok. It's a problem. With the earbuds since it only happens to these earphones.

My first pair of wireless ear pods. Great sound quality and thy stay in well. Everything is top notch but the Left ear bud cuts out rather frequently. Not sure if it’s a Bluetooth interference issue or something deeper.

Great sound doesn’t fall out when climbing towers and waterproof

I have been wearing Bose for quite some time now and I love the new wireless Bose. The charging case allows me to wear them all day long without having to recharge them. I normally wear them one at a time but when I don't want to hear any outside noise I wear both of them. The earbuds are extremely comfortable that is why I have chosen Bose and continue to wear them.

I really like these im a delivery driver for a wood company. I dont have to mess with my phone while I'm driving. I can just put the ear bug in and just start driving. One of my coworkers seen i had them he asked how I like them and I told him its worth the money. And the next day he came to work with a pair

Best for sports! Comfortable and stable and fantastic sound.

I prefer these earphones over any other earphones. The battery could last longer (which is the main reason why I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5) but they're great to use when running or working out. Some earphones start slipping out when you get sweaty but these never slip out.

Awesome sound battery last forever and it charges fast

These headphones have the great bose sound we’ve all come to love. The noise canceling is great. But they are very bulky and heavy on my ears After an hour of wearing, my ears were sore. With these being around $200, I Had to return. Just not a good fit for me

My honest review is this! Sound is amazing best and like no other out there in my opinion! The down side of this headphones is that they are very bulky and at times very uncomfortable! They will fall of sometimes if u choose to put the smaller ear buds! So 4 stars is fair!

These are very comfortable and sound great. They are a little funky how they stick out so much. The real issue I had with them is they would get loose while I was at the golf range hitting golf balls. (mainly the left side)
