Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the SoundSport Free True Wireless Headphones for their excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life. The charging case is also well-received for its convenience. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, find the design to be bulky, and feel that the price is not justified by the product's performance.

Sound is what you would expect from Bose. Right out of the box they were charged some and the app is a breeze to use. Pairing them couldn’t have been easier and the tips fit perfectly and they don’t fall out. The music does cut in and out of the left ear bud at times but that’s due to the area where I work and one particular spot where I live. Other than that it rarely gets choppy. Buttons are easy to use and are very responsive. Overall, worth the money on the sound alone.

I ordered a set of Bose Wireless headphones because my Cousin has a wired pair that he loves to brag about. I already had two of the Wireless speakers which have amazing sound. I’m in love with my Wireless headphones!! They’re so light and comes with different pieces for the ear because as are people, all ears different!,:) You must own a pair, although they may seem pricey, but I think are worth it. Best Buy Online Shopping got those babies to me in one day. Thank you Bose and Best Buy!!

So, I originally bought the jaybirds because PC Mag said there wasn't much difference to each bud. Boy were they wrong. I thought I could save a few dollars. Instead of saving a few dollars, just buy the best quality. Which in this case were the Bose. The first thing that shocked me was the sound and how crystal clear and LOUD it was. I got the jaybirds first, and wow, the sound doesn't even compare. These Bose sound louder and better then cord buds. I use my iPhone only with these and it's perfect. They hold in place very well. I got these for the gym because a lot of the times the cord buds would get in the way of some lifts. Not anymore with these. I don't really run at the gym much, but I do shoot around(basketball) and they never fell out. The bad news. While these sound great with my iPhone. It's terrible with my iPod. I can barely hear the music with my iPod. While with my iPhone it bangs my ears. I was really sad about this, but the sound is so good with my iPhone, I don't think I'll find another wireless buds that sound like this. So, if you have a phone with a lot of gigs, or you have a sub to Apple Music or Spotify. These buds will blow you away. I only gave this 4 stars because of the sound I get from the iPod. If it was better I would give it 5 stars.

These headphones work perfectly. I have large ear openings, and all the other wireless ear buds fall out when I'm working out. The Bose headphones insert and then you twist them to secure them. They are comfortable for loner wear. Sound is great. They don't offer much as far as manual control on the buds themselves, but since they are voice compatible, it is an easy solve. I've had mine for about 8 months. I bought this set for a friend.

i love the sound quality on these headphones. no need to worry about your headphones dying with the battery case. great for the gym since its sweat proof. if they were noise canceling they would be even better. the app is a little glitchy but it does its job. only downside is that the left ear loses connection randomly. but you put it back in the case and all good.

The fit is ok. The sound is great. They will fall out more easily than some buds ive had. Biggest issue is the left disconnects for no reason. Happens often. The buttons are to hard to press. The app is confusing. It doesn't do anything. Im not sure of its purpose. Overall ok. After this and another recent Bose purchase, I will not be turning to them as a leading brand. They are mediocre products in everything but sound quality which at this cost, they should be much more.

I’ve owned these Bose Free BT headphones for over a year now and I would buy them again in a heartbeat! They are durable and have great battery life. I use them for weight training, biking, and walking for exercise mainly, and they have been fantastic - no cords, excellent sound and battery life. Quick charging. If there is any downside, it is their size, but that does not bother me at all. Highly recommended!

I went into the store wondering which earbuds I wanted to try. I always have problems with them falling out of my ears when I start exercising and sweating. But not so with the Bose. Thesse things are awesome. Holds a charge really (including a fast charge option), they stay put comfortably (no joke), and they are easy to operate. The sound is awesome and the microphone works great too. I love these things. I'm glad I picked the Bose. I was not disappointed.

You know what you're getting when you buy Bose. They sound great. The charging case is compact. Battery life is around 5 hours. They seem to lose connection if you turn or bend away from the bluetooth device at fairly close distances but I guess they all do that? The only thing I dont like about them is that they stick way out from your ear.

I want to start by saying that these are a little bulky, sound is good, but I was expecting them to be louder, they stay attached to your ears (a problem I had with other brands) another thing I didn't like was the fact that you need their app to get all the features they advertise, overall I would recommend them.

Best bass; best possible sound quality; best fit on ears; best battery backup. Great case for housing the headphones; the ear-pieces are held magnetically within the case; this prevents from accidentally falling off and losing it. Immersive surround sound; like all BOSE, all channels are audible and very clear. Critics say it is expensive... But then it is BOSE... Nothing beats the experience. You will be glad you purchased this.

I was skeptical that these would stay in my ears at first with the design, but to that end I've never had a problem. The sound is great haven't had any complaints. The only issue I've ever had is it momentarily disconnecting, but it always reconnects. Also the volume up/down and skip song buttons are awkward and hard to press.

I would say these are best headset earpods I have ever bought. The sound quality is great and when I put them on at my gym ..they perfectly cancel out the excess noise around me and also they are a perfect fit for my ears..the casing charger is great and charging is quick and lasts about 5 hours that's more than enough since I mostly use it while I workout at the gym. Overall bose had the perfect wireless earpods

I had an issue with the first pair of these I bought where the left earbud wouldn’t stay connected. Replaced them with a new pair and they work perfectly. These are by far the most comfortable earbuds I’ve ever owned. I can wear them all day at work and they don’t hurt in the slightest. Excellent sound and love the completely wire free set up!

I must have bought at least 4 different brands and models and tried them out thoroughly. The sound of the Bose are hands-down the best quality. It misses on some of the features other brands offer, but it is a small trade-off. These buds are very durable and well built. They hold their charge quite well. If like me you are dismayed about the lack of a equalizer app, don't worry (iPhome users) there are plenty of apps to the rescue.

These are the best wireless in ear headphones I've ever owned, they are crystal clear while listening to music and during phone calls. I run 5-6 days a week, not once have these popped out of my ear, they fit snug and comfortable; I don't have any soreness after wearing for a length of time (over 3 hours) unlike many other headphones. I tried JBL, Jaybirds and Beats, these are by far the best for all around sound and comfort.

I bought these primarily for work so I could listen to music or shows while keeping my phone in a relatively safe place. The max listed range is 30ft but even through a few walls I have had it work easily at 60ft. It will cut out on occasion at that distance but still pretty good. The silicone ear pieces are very comfy and between working and being on a treadmill they've stayed in place. They sometimes FEEL like they are about to come out but they aren't, it is just how it feels in the ear at times. Battery life seems good and having the case double as a backup charger is nice. The batteries inside the buds are small so if you don't use them for a few days the case will start draining its own battery pretty quickly to keep them charged. Not really an issue but be sure to check it the night before you need/want to use them if it's been a few days. The only real down side I've noticed is the keypad sounds like when typing a text message have HORRIBLE lag. No one really needs that sound, so even if it were muted it would be fine but having it lag becomes quite annoying to be typing then suddenly hear some really loud clicks trying desperately to catch up.
