Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the SoundSport Free True Wireless Headphones for their excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life. The charging case is also well-received for its convenience. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, find the design to be bulky, and feel that the price is not justified by the product's performance.

I bought these, because of both the name and the price. Bose is one of my favorite sound systems as it is, but they have really outdone themselves with these. They have great sound quality, they are extremely comfortable in my ears (very rare), and yet have I run the battery completely dead. I want to say I get about five charges out of the case before I have to charge the case, which charges the earbuds. This product is a must-have.

Great customer service when I had a problem. Sound is truly superior. Frustrating calls are only in one ear but good quality. Buttons are a bit hard to press but small price to pay for the efficiency. Good fit.sound is awesome if I didn’t already say hit— very enjoyable experience and highly water resistant a plus. Charges quick and keeps the charge extremely well.

I was a little nervous about the size and weight of these headphones, but once they are in, they aren't very noticeable. I have worn them for an hour straight and they did not hurt my ears at all from the ear pieces. The sound quality is excellent with music while I am running and with audio from videos (I watch Hulu with these in on my lunch breaks and it sounds so crisp). They are definitely worth the price. I love them.

Great sounding. love them over my 300 dollar beats. they truly provide excellent sound but they only play for 5hrs. i like to binge watch movies or episodes on my phone and wish they would last over 10hrs. the case is great. it recharges the pods. i like that as soon as i pull one out, they connect to my phone before i put them both on. i really love them

I have been buying soundsport since the first came out. Theses are by far the best version Bose have ever put out. The sound is second to none. They stay in place at all times. The fact that they let sound in is a plus because while marathon training or cycling, you need to be aware or you surroundings. They pair well with iPhone and iPad. It does struggle to keep connection with iPod Nano 7th generation. Very comfortable and no more wires.

Was gifted a pair for Christmas....so impressed bought a pair for my wife amd my son. The sound is amazing, the charge lasts all weeklong for daily commute and comfortable. Didn't give 4 Stars because with telephone calls cannot be heard in both left and right sides. ONLY right ear has sound with phone calls. Bose-On

When comparing these to toP of the line headphones, these Bose truly stand tall against the competition. The sound quality is A+, the bass and treble are very balanced. The Volume could go a little higher, but the crispiness and cut tone on the highs, are worth it. Would absolutely recommend to Anyone looking for a top of the line headphones that submerges you into a musical experience

I enjoy the Bose fit, I had the wired version of soundsport and loved them. Sound quality is excellent, and the battery life is pretty good. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they are somewhat bulky coming out of your ear, not sleek like AirPods. If you are wearing these, there is no way anyone would not notice.

The are really good, but not perfect. They tend to disconnect sometimes, and it’s annoying. Still, I have to admit, the sound is really, really good. The size is perfect, does not occupy much space in your purse, or bad. I will be taking these to Best Buy, so they can repair. I’ve recommended these to everyone that asks.

I have always been a fan of Bose noise cancellation headphones. So when it was time to get new, wireless earbuds, I decided to go with these. Pro: - The SoundSport will save up to 7 paired devices. Switching between devices is a simple matter of pressing a button on the left earbud. This is a nice feature when you go from phone to laptop to tablet. - A full charge lasts over 6 hours with my phone. I do keep my phone within a few feet. I don't know if there would be a bigger drain if the phone was charging in another room. Con: - The SoundSport earbuds are a little large and stick out from my ears. This prevents me from wearing anything over my ears, like a helmet. - The buttons for play/pause and volume are a little stiff. It takes me a couple tries when I'm jogging and trying to use the buttons. After some adjustment, I've gotten to like the SoundSport earbuds. They stay in my ears pretty safely when I'm exercising, even when jumping rope.

13 years ago, I was gifted my first pair of Bose wired in ear headphones. The sound quality was amazing and I eventually got a pair of Bose overear headhphones as well. About 5 years ago, I bought a pair of the Dre Beats in ear headphones. When I compared them to the Bose headphones from 13 years ago, the Bose were still better so I returned them. I recently bought the Powerbeats to give them a shot. I wanted a wireless pair that I could work out with without the cord hassle. The sound was good but I could not get the ear buds to be comfortable. I was to the point where I was ordering memory foam tips to try and improve the comfort when I decided to try the Bose out. Right away, I was amazed at the sound quality difference. Honestly, they might only be a little bit better in sound quality than the 13 yo Bose wired headphones I have but they're still much crisper than the Powerbeats. Pros - pretty comfortable fit. - secure - excellent sound quality - easy to hook up to the Bose app - Can use the pause button to answer calls, skip and rewind songs. Cons - Battery life is only about 5 hours. That's good most of the time but if you wear them a lot during the day, it'll require more frequent charging Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase plus these were $50 cheaper than the Powerbeats.

Well it's been a month since my purchase and I feel like I can give a solid review after my usage since purchase now. These are a great buy and worth the money spent. I should've went with these from the start. Initially I bought the Jabra 65t brand (which are a good buy also for the cost and experience), and they have good sound quality (mainly the highs and mids, but the bass is fairly weak). Overall the Jabra 65t is good, but compared to these the Bose is a different experience and on different sound quality level. The only knocks I have with the Bose are during phone calls, you can only hear/talk out the right earbud, their a little bulky compared to the Jabra brand so you have to adjust to the feel in your ears, and the battery life is solid. I work 12 hour shifts daily, so I typically have to charge them once during my shift. After a 30-40 minute charge their usually back at 100%. Overall the quality is excellent, the buttons are stiff on the earbuds and will take some time to break in (not a altogether bad thing though). The case alone typically gives me 3 full charges before I have to charge it again. Overall I feel it was worth the purchase, so if you have the money to spend definitely buy them (I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GET THE WARRANTY WITH ANY EARBUD PURCHASE THOUGH)!!!!

I love these Bose ear buds. I've tried several. I own a pair of Jabras that I really liked as well. When I was looking for new ear buds I first tried the Sony's. Battery life was terrible. I took them back and got these Bose. Not only is the sound quality far superior, the battery life is far better as well. They lock easily in the ear and I've had no issues with them popping out when I'm active.

I got these same ones back several months before Christmas and absolutely LOVED them. They fit my ears perfectly, The other party never had to ask me to repeat myself, and plug the case in before bed, they're good for a minimum of 4 days. So at Christmas I bought two more sets for people close to me. Not surprised, they love them as much as I do! And I'm very picky when it comes to a headset/earbud.

Earbuds arrived on time. Used them immediately for a workout. Stayed in ear for the whole 1 hour run on treadmill. Music cut out a few times but I think it was due to poor WiFi as I was using Pandora. Created quite a lot of ear fatigue on my 2 hour flight the other day but all in all sound is good and they do fit nicely.

Bose does a good sounding product, hands down. They look good and are a solid, well made set of earbuds. Sound quality is great. You get variety of ear sizes and they're super easy to swap. Range is decent, you can move around a small room and leave your phone, etc. on the table with really no issues. If you're unfamiliar with how a lot of these types of ear buds charge, it's worth knowing that there are the actual earbuds, and a base unit that acts as a case and a back up battery. You charge the base unit and it, in turn, charges the earpieces. So you can have multiple full uses from the ear pieces before being tied to a wall again. So these can be a great choice for travel. From my use, these mainly operate from a Bose app you can download, and it offers some customization options as well as the ability to name the earpieces. Once the App does it's thing though, you can just leave it in the background and can operate your phone, etc. as you would for normal earphones. Only possible downside I could give is that its easy to forget about them and then bump one out of your ear. Bonus: The orange ones remind me of sushi

I cannot believe how amazing the sound is from these ear buds compared to others I have gotten. It is so pure clean and beautiful. I am still trying to hook them up to my laptop but they’re so amaZing may just keep and get different pair they sound so good. And love the amazing color in the orange see it got. And I like that they are not super small so I don’t lose. And very comfortable.
