Disappointing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went looking for a tempory set of wireless headphones while my Bragi is awaiting a new charger. I found these and thought "Can't go wrong with Bose." Well, I was WRONG! The left ear continues to go out. The volume is bad. They are huge! I have moved on with to Jabra 65t and wow what a difference. Closer to the Bragi experience and what I'll be using until I get a new charger.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your review on the SoundSport Free wireless headphones. We are sorry to hear that you are having some troubles with the left earbud. We recommend updating the firmware of the headphones using the online updater.
Additionally, this may be caused by interference between the right earbud and your mobile device. The Bluetooth signal is processed by the right earbud which is then streamed to the left earbud. The left earbud will drop out first if there is interference between the Bluetooth connection. We recommend ensuring that your device is within Bluetooth range and kept near the right side while in use.

Pretty uncomfortable after an hour

After about an hour they’re very uncomfortable. I believe they’re to heavy. Another issue is the phone connects to the right ese piece, then the right connects to the left. This is an issue if you want yo u to live the left ear piece gif some reason. You just remove the right from the charging case and leave it out. Sound quality is great though. Especially for ear buds. Wouldn’t expect less from Bose.

Yes!! in that order!!! I'm a gym rat and the Bose beats the competition hands down.

Sound isn't as great as the noise cancelling headphones but ideal for running and working out. Long battery life. Case recharges the buds and can even be found if they are misplaced using the app

The first time I wear them it feels a bit weird but after a couple of weeks I don’t even feel I wear them.

My only knock is that when you make or receive calls, it only supports audio in the right ear. But the sound quality is unmatched. Also, it may not connect to Apple TV

Way to bulky for an earbud. Also it’s very hard to hear because of the influx of outside noise. Also disappointed that when using with your cell/calls, you’re only able to hear from one side. Yes, Bose you missed the mark.I ended up giving them to my little nephew…
