Overall pretty solid true wireless buds. My main issue is the left earpiece tends to disconnect and reconnect on occasion which gets pretty annoying.

I read a lot of reviews on these before purchasing that discussed poor Bluetooth connection quality, but I have had no problems with them disconnecting unless you get about 75 feet away from the source.

I get no complaints with these in when on a call. The audio is awesome and they stay in your ear nice and snug. I wish they were noise cancelling though so you could let in more ambient sound when needed.

Absolutely in my opinion the best earbuds on the market! I do construction and wear all day with no discomfort. I’ve had a lot of different Bluetooth earbuds, these are by far the best I’ve ever had!

I had high expectations for these air phones based on the name. I had to return my first pair within a month because they wouldn’t charge. I currently still have the replacement however they often Loose connection with the left and the right. Many times my music,while working out, Just stops and then my headphones state fair reconnecting to my iPhone. I gave this review three stars because overall they work however for the price you pay, they’re not worth it.

I purchased these and right out of the box I am having an issue with the charging case. The headphones will only charge if the charging case is plugged in to a power source. I am supposed to be able to charge the case and then use it as a portable charging source for the headphones. The headphones themselves work well and sound great and are easy to set up using the Bose Connect app. I will be exchanging this set in hopes of better luck with the next one.

Great sound but remember its a Bose product. It just ok using as a bluetooth ear piece in answering your cell phone

Easy to use product, impeccable sound quality. I have used this product in an agricultural field environment (harsh) no issues what so ever. Highly recommend. Very good noise canceling too.

I received these as a Christmas gift. They were easy to pair to my IPad. I travel a lot so these are great for use on airplanes , no wires to get in the way and sound quality is great

I really liked the sound quality, design and fit but the only thing this device lags is in the connectivity. While watching any videos there's a lot of audio lag and you can clearly notice the sync missing over the video and the audio.

these are by far my favorite Bose except the fact that only one headphone works when you are taking phone calls, other than that they are comfortable.

I am a huge fan of Bose products. I could not wait to own these headphones. Unfortunately, buying them was a huge let down. They cut in an out constantly especially when I'm walking and it's windy or a car drives past. When they are working properly, the sound quality is good.

Despite the reviews and seeing that an update was available to fix glitches, the Bose SoundSport Free Wireless are unfortunately not meeting the minimum requirements for a headphone. Even a slight glitch in video lag is noticeable. The headphone consistently reconnects to itself and really makes the price for this device steep (even at the new lower $199 price). I own the Bose QC 35 and love them, but sadly dislike the dysfunctional glitches in the Bose Soundsport Free Wireless. I tried calling customer care, but gave up realizing I just spent $200 dollars on headphones and was about to take time to fix their issue. I rather take that time to return the product. I was thinking of returning these for the Soundsport Wireless, but I wanted truly wireless headphones for the gym. I will just join the wave and get the apple earpods. In the next earpod design, can you make the overall design more sleek, add noise canceling, but most of all fix the connectivity and video syncing glitch fully. I love Bose's sound quality, but if the user experience is poor, the price is never worth it.

These are some of the best earphones that one could imagine. The completely cordless design works better than expected. I love the BOSE sound quality and could not ask for a better product!

Lives up to Bose name without exception! On a scale of 1-10 this product is definitely a 10! I would recommend this product to anyone who's looking for great acoustics with an exceptional value.

I’ve owned several different Bose products over the past 20 years and have never been disappointed. These wireless earbuds are amazing! Bought a pair for myself and my wife. Would reccomend to anyone!

First it’s Bose. They already make great quality speakers. This is the second pair I purchased, first pair was a gift, and love them. Used them everywhere and loved them on my flights for when I travel.

These buds are awesome. I have had other ear buds, everything from cheap knockoffs to expensive buds. I did not know the sounds I was missing until I put these on. They are a little heavy but sound great.

Too bulky for my ears, don’t like how they sit out so far when in your ears, but overall the sound quality is amazing!!! I loved it!
