These ear buds are ok. They are bulky and I have small ears and they are not that loud. Maybe they don't want us to hurt our eardrums? Idk.

I love that they’re completely wireless, they do cut out on occasion but reconnect without any issue...sound is great for in ear and wireless.

The sound quality of these buds is excellent. Syncing to my IPhone was simple as the buds walk you through step by step. I am so happy I purchased these as it makes my cubicle less industrial

They are pretty good ear phones. They are not for long hours due to ear fatigue. The sound is really good. They are not good at concealing sound, but they weren’t designed for that.

I have never had headphones with such amazing sound and base that makes you say Wow. The only issue I have is the slight delay while watching movies.

I recently purchased these headphones and they were a great buy. The sound quality is amazing and very easy to program. Even though they are not noise canceling, you can barely hear the outside noise.

I used them aT the gym. They don't slip out when I get sweaty! This actually my 2nd pair. First pair was lost in a flood in my basement. Had to get another pair!

These headphones are great! My wife and I work out and do half marathons and I don't have any issues with fitment or them falling out.

I purchased this as a smaller version to the over the head Bose headphones my husband already has. Thought the quality wouldn't pack a punch but I was wrong. He loves them!!!

If you are looking for Bluetooth headphones and want great sound, these are the pair for you. Comes with 3 different size ear pieces and easy setup with my iPhone and iPad. Highly recommended.

I love the sound on the Bose, but they are way too large for my ears. I use AirPods but use the Bose as a backup.

These ear buds could be so perfect if Bose didn't mess things up! First off, form and fit on these are amazing. I tried the Jabra Elite Active 65t and found these to be superior in these areas. I love the portable carrying / charging case, very slick and functional. I loved the sound these produced and thought they looked great while being worn. Where Bose went horribly wrong with these is with regard to the phone call functionality. You are UNABLE to hear the conversation in both ears, just the right one. When you read forums where people ask about this, Bose says it is a "feature" and essentially you should be happy about it. I have used the Soundsport ear buds for several years now and they have always had audio in both ears for phone calls. I love this because I don't hear as well as I used to and it helps in noisy environments. I tried to love these despite this issue and just couldn't give in. A minor complaint was YouTube video and audio was not in sync but no issues with Netflix. Another small gripe is with all true wireless headphones. The lack of a cable that connects them means you can't sling these across the back of your neck when not in use. When you take them off you need to do something with them, which means putting them in their carrying case or your pocket. Not very convenient when you get a phone call and you need to get them out of their case. Bose could set a new standard by adding a removable tether to their next model. Get the best of both worlds when you want! Exercise with true wireless but walk around the office with them hanging around your neck if you like. Unfortunately, it's back to the Soundsport model for me.

These things withstood the test of time. I dropped them repeatedly and abused over and over and they just kept coming back for more!! Will buy again!!

I love these, great sound. Only thing I would change is to make a medium sized plastic cover, I have one side that makes my ear hurt. Could be just me though. Otherwise, A very great product.

Excellent headphones. I had a defective pair and had to swap them out at Bestbuy. Always get the extended warranty!

I do have to agree with a lot of the other reviews that these can hurt the ears after you have them in for awhile. Sound quality is very good.
