Great sound, easy to install and program with the app, the best thing it’s completely wireless and resistance to sweat, I sweat a lot that is one of my main problems, it always ended up damaging them

purchesed this product mostly for hands free phone calls. comfortable and clear sounding. if your looking for something for listing to music strictly.. get the wired buds or over the ear ones.

Great sounding headphones only problem is that charge doesn’t hold long and phone goes in mono and sound quality when using phone is poor

It's a great ear bud set. Downfall is u can only use right ear not both wen using in phone mood. Other than that be a 5star set

These earbuds are AMAZING! My ears are small and I have trouble using earbuds, but these are an exception. They fit well and feel good. The sound is just what you expect from Bose - excellent!

These are the best headphones I have ever bought. They are IPx4 water resistant, 5 hours of playback time, and their sound quality is very good. I couldn't ask for a better pair of headphones .

I like the earbuds when listening to music, but not as much when talking on the phone. It would be nice if conversations came thru both ear buds.

Easy to use and set up. Is a little bigger than I prefer, but has a great sound quality. Maybe Bose will make a slimmer and smaller option next generation.

Honestly, i returned it initially because it was a bit bulky for my ears. I got a different make and model i returned same day because it sucked. Bose as usual, the sound is AH-MAZING!

they produce great sound are very comfortable BUT...they are only compatible with an Apple product meaning, the buttons on the buds work only on ios. I was very disappointed and returned them and got the Jabras Elite 75. The Jabras work flawlessly with my S20 plus and the sound they produce it great. Buy the Jabras!!!
