I could not be any happier with my purchase. You get so much out of them, with the sound quality, the bose app that'll help you locate a lost ear bud, the Bluetooth range. Just overall great

note 10 plus Bluetooth works excellent. Battery can be a bit better, works great in office environment.

The sound is great, they don fit in your ear canna., a bit bukky, but that is the syle it is and easy to find, nice they come in 4 collors, I ll best by had them n purple.

This is the second pair that I bought. I bought these for my wife because the set I bought for myself were so good. I would not wear any other headphones that are truly wireless.

Amazing sound quality. Music is clear on low volume levels. Somewhat large fit for my ears even with using the smallest ear piece.

It was for a gift. Wife loves them. She said sound quality is better than the apple. FYI music plays in both ears. Phone conversation plays only in the right ear.

The earbuds are super loud, they are very comfortable to wear specially when I end up falling asleep I can't even feel them.

As always Bose has a excellent sound, and with this headphones the pairing and connection to any device is very easy. I used to listen to music, watching movies and talking on the phone.

I got these for Christmas from my husband and absolutely love them. They stay in during an intense work out, the sound during a phone call is remarkable and they’re so easy to use.

I purchased these for my wife. She loves them and uses them for work, home chores, and gym. I’ve tried them on myself when she’s not looking and they’re pretty solid earphones.

Not like any other. Although they seem bulky, they're perfect with great sound! Works for every type of situation!

The only issue is that the blue tooth link drops occassionly betweek the buds and the left side will go out.

My wife bought this item for me for Christmas to workout. Very comfortable fit and easy to work the app as well. I would definitely recommend them. I like than my beats headphones.

Audio quality is much better than airpods. I use these walking around for work, taking phone calls is more clear for both me and the other end, and audio sounds much better

Had to return these because they did just fit in my ears. Sound is awesome, but the shape could be modified to improve comfort!

My problems with these have nothing to do with their sound. They have the typical Bose sound. I happen to like the sound of their in ears, so I really do like that aspect of these. The problem has to do with the functionality and fit of the headphones. I can't wear them more than 30 minutes without it bothering my external ears. I didn't have this problem with the Soundsport bluetooth. So these must weigh considerably more or something. The controls on the headphones are ridiculously hard to use. They are very stiff and do not respond immediately, so it's very easy to either blow your ears out or wonder if you've gone deaf. I could maybe live with all this, but the thing I cannot live with is the delay between the phone and the headphones. Watching video is impossible because there is a substantial delay between what is happening on screen and what you are hearing. I never had this problem with my old Bose Soundsport wireless. I've tried re-pairing and every other trick I could find to no avail. Add to that the occasional dropout between the two headphones and you now know why I am taking these back.

The music sounds great!!! The bad thing is I can’t enjoy sorrowing sound calls. Only the right earpiece works during calls.

Bose seems to make the only wire-free bluetooth that truly has both noise cancellation *and* noise isolation. My single complaint is that only the right ear has phone capability.

Headset has great audio but this is the warranty pair. Glad I bought the extended warranty. One side just stopped working.
