Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the SoundSport Free True Wireless Headphones for their excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life. The charging case is also well-received for its convenience. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, find the design to be bulky, and feel that the price is not justified by the product's performance.

I originally had bought my husband the JBL ones but he said it didn't have any bass at all so we went and exchanged them and he had heard great reviews for the BOSE ones and I have to say every great review is so true. I mean the sound quality is great, they fit very comfortably in your ear and they were worth it. He is a very happy husband

I bought these to replace my beats and was looking for great auto quality and true wireless. The auto is fantastic (obviously, it’s Bose) and they get LOUD. I’ve had quite a few pairs of wireless earphones and most of them lacked in volume, but these suckers don’t. Also, I love the design, which I know a lot of people dislike about these. I’m sure they have to be a little bulky to keep the great sound/volume quality. I also like how big they are so people can see them so they don’t talk me to when I’m at the gym lol they also feel very secure in my ears. There’s also an app for it that can locate them if you lose them! The only things they lack in is not being noise canceling and the earbuds themselves only last up to 2hrs. The case can be charged up to 5hrs, but it’s annoying to have to recharge them every 2hrs, BUT they charge pretty fast. Also $200 earbuds should definitely be noise canceling.

Overall great quality. Sound is great and easy to set up. Not a huge fan of the "buklyness" of it but they fit and don't fall off when I'm running. They do get a bit lose from time to time while doing crossfit but overall I am happy with the. Only con, is that the connection seems to cut off at times but its not a huge issue since it doesn't happen often.

Purchased these ear phones after trying out and returning the Jaybird run ( too many disconnections problems) . The Bose ear phones have great sound quality. From treble to bass it is equally clear and though they are bulky compared to other brands they are not heavy on the ears. What I would say is know what you want the ear phones for before buying any because these are designed for those that are into athletic activities ( walking, running, gym,etc..) . If you want them solely for talking on the phone and watching videos then these are not for you. ( save yourself the 200 plus tax and insurance ). You will only be able to talk from the right ear phone and you will get a voice lag if you watch YouTube videos or movies. Overall even though they do not have a equalizer setting ( which I was surprised ) since Bose has always been in the sound market but you will not be disappointed with the sound settings that were tuned when designed.

After having the Jaybird the fit of the Bose isn't the greatest. However the connectivity is way better than the Jaybird. Can go a full workout without any interruption, can get about 25 feet away from blue tooth source. The sound quality is better than the Jaybird as well.

I bought these for my son’s birthday, and they are a hit. They fit his ears well, the sound quality is great, and the wireless charging case is large enough to not get lost (I have AirPods and am terrified of losing the small case). Overall, a great product.

Setting up and pairing was longer and more difficult than you would expect. Very difficult with my windows 10 laptop (I had to google how and then get it to pair through trial and error). I haven't been able to use these a lot yet, but so far there is very limited fade out to the left earbud (nothing that's very interrupting). When watching videos the audio doesn't sync up properly with the video and I do find that irritating. When listening to music the sound is super clear no matter how loud the volume (I'm impressed). Battery life is good especially when in use, but declines much faster than I would like when just sitting in the case. They're also a bit bulky for my little ears. For the price, they leave me wanting and expecting more. These are my first truly wireless earbuds though. I don't know what the average wireless earbuds experience is like.

As far as sound quality, you won’t find anything better than these earbuds. I have tons of nice Bluetooth earbuds, and these have the best sound, by far. The bass is unbelievable. These are rather large, so they stick out a bit, which isn’t something that concerns me too much. My only complaint is that there is an audio lag when watching videos on my iPhone. I don’t use these for videos though, so it doesn’t impact me much. I actually use these earbuds for phone calls more than anything. I have some really expensive Bluetooth headsets at my office, and I prefer these over all of them, which is why I have 3 pairs (home, office and travel). If you are looking for something to simply listen to music on and make phone calls, these are your best bet. If you are planning to watch a bunch of videos as well, I would look elsewhere for something that has less lag time on videos.

Hello! Thank you for reviewing our SoundSport Free headphones.
I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the sound quality of our headphones, and sorry to hear of the delay you've experienced here. There can sometimes be a slight delay with Bluetooth audio which can be noticeable with video sources. This can differ between apps/sources, especially with truly wireless products like the SoundSport Free headphones! I would advise that you have your headphones up to date, and check with multiple apps or platforms. For example, using Youtube in the app or in a browser can provide a different experience, so please check the options you have available. Please reach out to Bose Support directly if you have further questions or would like support!

These things are great blocks out a lot of noise, they are great for the gym, CrossFit, running and high intensity work outs where you are constantly moving quick, they stay in. Bose does a great job with all of it. Battery life is amazing also, the case does drain relatively quickly though. All in all great buy.

Bought these after trying some others and all I can say is wow! These things sound awesome and are so comfortable! Most buds I can only wear for a couple hrs before they get uncomfortable, not these! And they actually stay in and do t fall out even trying to shake them out! Definitely recommend them if your looking for high quality and comfort!

These headphones have great bass, as Bose is known well for. I wish they were a little louder, and/or were noise canceling. My only real complaints are only the right headphone operates when making phone calls, and the left one disconnects easily if my phone is in my back pants pocket. I have been overall very happy with these headphones.

You can listen to the right ear on its own, but not the left. (I like to listen to one ear bud at a time while at work so I can still hear to talk and answer phones. This set will allow you to listen to the right ear but not the left. When both are in the sound is AMAZING! Great bass, good tone... an all around immersive experience. They sit comfortably. I used the medium ear guards that came on the headsets as the small was just too small and wiggled a lot. The large wouldn't fit. The bulk of the ear piece kind of juts out from your head, they don't sit flush against your ear. Easy to get caught on and ripped out. Running and walking these stayed in place! I didn't have to worry about them falling out! Overall a great pair of buds... I will have to still use my $20 set that allows me to listen to one ear at a time. I hate that these don't have that capability!

These are my second pair of boss. I loved my first pair so much, I had to get another pair, which was also an upgrade from my old ones. Wow. Is all I can say. I am completely blown away. It is like the Mercedes for headphones. Nothing else can compare in terms of sound quality for both music and theater. I bought jbl earphones and though jbl speakers are great, the jbl headphones do not compare to boss. Boss were far more superior, and I ended up returning the jbl’s with huge disappointment. I am very meticulous when it comes to sound quality and comfort. I have tried so many others. And am never satisfied but these definitely hit the sweet spot. The bass, highs and lows are not overpowering and is just right. It is like a piece of heaven in my ears. Especially on a bad day... Putting these on transports me to another place or time. It is simply that magical. Though it does not function the same way as AirPods. I would not expect it to. I use it strictly for music or movies only. The one complain I have is that it can get uncomfortable and a little stuffy if you’ve had it in your ears for too long.. I have the tendency to take them out after about an hour or so, to give my ears some breathing room.

I originally had a pair of SOL republic amp airs (fell out constantly and had Bluetooth issues). I traded them in for these Bose and was not disappointed. The fit is excellent, I only use the for the gym and did not have to adjust them even once. The sound is loud but not distorted. The connection was immediate and the battery life was great.

Alright then, I never really write reviews but this time I had to. This Bose true wireless headphones are great compared to apple’s AirPods. Battery life is way much better. Sound is as always best in the market. They fit perfect into ears unlike AirPods. easy to carry around case. Just blown away with sound to any type of music I play...

So far these are a huge improvement from my previous powerbeats3. True wireless, the charge case is perfect and makes it easy to take them anywhere! I primarily use these for the gym and the sound is great, having no wire is definitely a plus, and they fit perfectly! No discomfort after extreme weight training and cardio for a few hours!
